My normal barber, it was busy, so I wanted to try out this new place . Drove twenty minutes here to be told at 7:10 pm they already closed their computer down. Hours online show 8pm close . I offered to pay cash.I don't need a receipt . Gentlemen's response was no thank you.

Spectacular service. Not sure what scent that hot towel was, but it was great. It definitely helped me relax during the shampoo. I will be going back.

We took my son here and showed up 10 mins before they close and was turned away even though the place was empty and the 'walk ins welcome'/'open' signs were on. He has a very simple cut and it never takes more than 15 mins for a cut. If a business doesnt take clients past a certain time they should just post that is the time they close. Otherwise it wastes time. Very disappointing.

WE are about QUALITY haircut, and we take our time (30 minutes _ 45 minutes) each haircut depending what kind a haircut and some kids talk more time than adults., each haircut coming with hair cut ,shampoo and scalp massage, hot towels face treatment, back to the nick shave and relaxing shoulder massage! We can't do haircut for 15 minutes only . We hope you give us another chance soon, so we can share an even more positive experience. Thank you

Amy at Diesel Barbershop is fantastic! She consistently delivers great haircuts, always greets you with a smile, and has an incredible talent for working with curly hair—which can be tough to find. I highly recommend her

We were in town for a soccer tournament and my son was in desperate need of a haircut. They did a fabulous job! By far one of his best haircuts in a LONG time. We will be back when we are back for another soccer tournament.

We absolutely love this place. Sam the barber takes care of me and my three sons. Great conversations and even got me to change my hair style after 25 years. Plus I get to play Donkey Kong Jr. Great place and atmosphere.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I’ve been going to Diesel Barbershop Four Seasons for over 6 months now and felt like I should share my experience. Sam has been my go-to, great guy, skilled, professional, and always friendly. That said, my interactions with the owner have been disappointing. Once I was 5 minutes late, and he was at the location, meeting him for the first time, and he went on say that next time I am late, he will charge me, while I get the policy, the way he handled it was off, especially making a comment like “you people (Indians) are always late.” Completely uncalled for and inappropriate. It's not like they were waiting for me, I had to wait for a few minutes for them to clean up after the last person. But I let it slide out of respect, but it left a bad taste. More recently, I missed an appointment due to an emergency, sliced the tip of my finger and ended up in the ER. I tried calling twice before hand but couldn't get through. I even showed up later that evening, explained everything, showed the injury and call logs, and asked if we could at least split the missed appointment fee. The owner still charged me the full $50, with zero empathy. Bottom line: Sam and the other barbers are great. But the owner's attitude and lack of professionalism really bring the place down. Just something to keep in mind if you're thinking of going.

We are so sorry that you don't like our policy. our record show that you don't show for your appointment on 10-11-24 ,05-29-25and 06-02-25. On 10-18 -24, 01-29 25 and 3-27-25 you late about 10 minutes for your appointment. We are about quality, and we talk our time your service skin fade talks 45 minutes and when you are late all other appointment behind you will be late. On 6-02-25 we send you 2 text messages, and you never replied to us, and we don't get a phone call from you! When you sign in and enter your credit cards on file the policy said, " If you don't show we will charge you 100 % ". Thanks and we hope to see you again

I LOVE Diesel Barbershop! Amy always does a fantastic job! It's all the little extras that make it an exceptional experience...scalp massage, back of neck shave, shoulder and back massage. I wish my hair grew back faster :-)

I highly recommend letting this place cut your hair. I personally had the pleasure of meeting Sam and feel like the haircut and conversation was superb. Sam is a wonderful new dad and has been cutting hair for over 15 years. Also, met the owner and other employees and they are very very welcoming with wonderful smiles! This is my new place to get my hair cut in the future for sure.
