Rob is an excellent barber and someone I would highly recommend. He takes his time, pays attention to the details, and always makes sure the cut comes out clean and exactly how you want it. My beard line-up and haircut came out sharp, and you can tell he really knows his craft. He’s also very professional, easy to talk to, and makes the whole experience comfortable from start to finish. If you’re looking for a barber who takes pride in his work and consistently delivers great results, Rob is definitely the guy to go to.

The best haircut I’ve gotten, not even places back home in LA could match it. The vibe, the attention to detail, and the ease of booking an appointment is seamless & makes it easy to fit with a busy schedule. Shout out to Sergio the owner! Highly recommend. Update: I needed to get a fresh cut for my 2nd reception and Sergio wasn’t available, so I had to make an appointment with Robert Pena. He’s an all around great guy and made sure I not only got the fresh cut I wanted, but he was very helpful in explaining what he was doing and why. I’m always skeptical about who I let cut my hair & I prefer to stick with the same person, but Robert left a lasting impression on me & I recommend anyone who may already visit or is hesitant to visit, to check him out if he’s available. It makes it hard to choose who you want to go to consistently! A great problem to have and it shows the quality of the people who work there. I’m really glad I found this place, I can’t recommend it enough.

My first appointment ever here was absolutely FANTASTIC! Ever since then, it’s been going down hill. The stylist frequently tell me that what I want isn’t something that they can do. Even tho, it’s literally just asking them to just more off the top. I come in after a long day, and most of the guys talk my ear off. I don’t mind an occasional word or two… but I don’t feel like talking the whole appointment. Plus each appointment gets longer and longer… today, it took the guy an hour and a half! It’s supposed to be a 45 min appointment… really hoping they can figure this out, or I can find a guy who will be quick and listen… or I will need to take my business elsewhere.

Went here on the recommendation from a family member who goes here all the time. I hadn’t had a haircut in 2 months, usually going to chain barbershops. The owner did my cut, and he was awesome! I loved my haircut, it looks very professional and is the best I’ve ever had. I’ve had many people comment on how clean and great it looks. Definitely make an appointment-it’s no wonder they are so busy since I had a great experience. Their fade work is incredible. Will definitely be coming back!

I had a really frustrating experience here, mostly due to the booking system and how the situation was handled. I went through their site to book an appointment and at no point was it made clear that I was being scheduled at their St. Paul location instead of Woodbury. Many multi-location businesses make you explicitly choose a location. This one didn’t, and the result was me driving to Woodbury for an appointment that apparently existed… just not in that city. When I arrived, the music inside was so loud it was difficult to even hear the staff member speaking to me. After he checked the computer and confirmed I was booked at the St. Paul location, the main response I received was basically asking me to call the other shop myself to let them know I wouldn’t be coming. There was no real effort to fix the mistake, no offer to help reschedule me locally, and no acknowledgment that their booking flow may have caused the confusion. It felt more like I was being treated as a scheduling inconvenience than a customer who had just wasted their time and gas. Because of that first impression, I probably won’t be returning. In my experience, situations like this tend to reflect how a place is run overall. That said, maybe I just caught them on a bad day or the wrong person — but it was enough to send me elsewhere. The haircut itself may be great, but the customer experience and booking clarity were not.

Our website clearly displays the only two locations we operate, and when you booked your appointment, you received a confirmation email that explicitly listed the date, time, service, and full address. There was no confusion, no missing information, and no error on our part.<br><br><br><br>Despite this, you chose not to pay attention and then attempted to place the blame on us. That is unacceptable.<br><br><br><br>Our staff offered to help you, yet you stormed out of the shop without saying a single word, displaying nothing but rudeness. I personally called you twice in a professional attempt to confirm whether you were still attending your appointment or if we should cancel it. You ignored the calls and instead sent a text telling us to stop contacting you.<br><br><br><br>Almost immediately after leaving, you spent a significant amount of time writing a long, negative review—clearly out of frustration over your own mistake, not because of any failure in our service.<br><br><br><br>Leaving damaging reviews because you didn’t read your confirmation is irresponsible and unfair to a business that did everything correctly. We will not accept blame for a situation caused by your lack of attention and accountability.<br><br><br><br>We stand by our service, our staff, and our process. We only hope that in the future, you take responsibility for your own actions before attempting.<br>

I got a bad haircut on a Wednesday. Fine. It happens. I went in the next day to try and get it fixed. I told them I wanted to buzz it because I felt there was no fixing the haircut. The barber convinced me to let him try and salvage the hair, and I agreed to give it a few days to see how I liked it. They didn’t charge me for the fix. The fix wasn’t satisfactory so the following Monday (3/4 days later) I went back to get the buzz I wanted when I went to get it fixed. The owner was visibly angry with me. He said it was my fault for walking out last week without telling them I was happy. His barber messed up my hair, twice, and somehow it became my fault. I did get the buzz cut I was looking for to fix the botched job from the week prior, BUT THE OWNER HAD THE AUDACITY TO CHARGE ME FULL PRICE FOR IT. In the end, I paid over $100 for a buzz cut. Steer clear of this barber shop, the barbers aren’t very talented and the owner is a jerk. 0/10

I was referred here by a family member. Glad I was referred! Chris cut my hair and did a really good job. He took his time and care for my hair. We got to know eachother and I look forward to having this place be my new barber shop. The shop is new and looks great. Thank you for your time and service!
