My name was called ten minutes late. I asked for a different stylist because this woman had been loudly voicing her pro-ICE, anti-"The Left" opinions for the 15 minutes I was waiting. The same woman that was proudly bellowing about blocking her own family from social media was absolutely flabbergasted that she'd also lost a customer. I suppose she had a half hour to think about it. This makes me sad because my son and I have been coming here for over five years. Karen, Shelly, and Casidee were always great.

worst place EVER the lady didn’t speak to my man ONCE the entire appointment and messed his shit up so bad… $30 for the result to look absolutely NOTHING like the 3 reference photos. he came in with long hair and left with nearly a BOWLCUT do NOT come here if you want what you ask for. perfect if you wanna look chopped tho…. BOOOOOOOO TOMATO TOMATO

Experience depends on the stylist. Some are very friendly and do a fairly decent job on your hair. Some don't speak to you at all and leave your hair choppy and uneven. They offer a full service haircut with hot towel and massage but, even this depends on the stylist. Sometimes I go in and they do it and sometimes they don't. They should not offer these extra services if they are not going to consistently give them.

Been coming here with my son for a while and usually, we've had a pretty good experience. However, my last two visits have been very disappointing. The stylist was rough while doing my hair and could not do a proper fade on my sides. The cut was overall pretty disappointing. My sons was uneven and when we tried to correct it, the stylist was reluctant to address the problem. He's got patches of long hair where they don't belong. We thought one bad experience was a fluke but this is the second time in a row that we've had disappointing experiences here. It's a shame. I really enjoyed coming here but I will, unfortunately, start to look somewhere else.

Haircut was very uncomfortable. I got my haircut on 2/10 at around 10am. The lady I had kept blowing in my face instead of using a brush to get rid of the cut hair. Did not give me the haircut as requested and was not pleasant to be around. She is the second one up on the right. I cannot remember her name but I would not recommend her. The other stylist are very well at their job.

I have been going here for a long time (7-8 years), but I will probably stop soon. The price keeps crawling upwards while the haircuts are acceptable quality. On my most recent trip, a manager was having a political conversation with someone louder than any of the tvs in the building and it was a poor experience to sit through all that during a haircut.

Had a 2 pm appointment, showed up 30 minutes early because of other reviews about timeliness. They had a family of four scheduled before my appointment and caused the stylist to go past my appointment time. If yall can’t organize your time, try not to waste others’. Don’t recommend.

First time customer and will for sure make this my go to spot moving forward. Had no idea I was gonna get pampered like a fancy salon haha, the hot towel was awesome. Shelly (Manager) was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, held conversation well and totally made my experience wonderful. Whoever owns the business should rest easy with her in charge.
