Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience! The person that was cutting my hair, I believe his name was Paul, kept looking at his phone in the middle of the haircut. He had the chair turned with my back to the mirror so I couldn’t see what he was doing all the time. He would stop cutting my hair for prolonged periods. He would be giggling, but would not say a word. When he would go back to cut my hair his hands were shaking. He kept doing things behind my back that I couldn’t see and would stop cutting my hair. Very Weird! Either he has some problem or he can’t stay focused for more than a minute. I would not be going back there again and would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have been getting my haircut by Pauly for a few year now and I am always 110% happy with the results. It’s also a great atmosphere with sports themes on the walls, a couple big screen TVs, pop/water cooler, a sitting area with some nice comfy chairs. He even has an ATM machine. He’s in the middle of a storefront, and there are a few restaurants and other businesses. I couldn’t recommend Pauly Ray’s Sports Barbershop more highly

Just got a cut and beard trim. First time there will be back for sure. I had an appointment with Jordan, he is awesome. Owner was there too made small talk and very friendly. Worth every penny!

There is not a website or a place to privately message or I would have taken that route. No other comment other than the first haircut in 50+ years that I took to someone else to fix. Given my full experience… hard pass.

The haircut is passable—nothing special, but it gets the job done. If you're not looking for anything fancy, he'll cut your hair. It's more affordable than many other chains. That said, the owner is rude and lacks basic courtesy. He doesn’t seem to know how to speak to people respectfully. I stopped going there and now pay more elsewhere, but I don’t mind. As a customer, I expect to be treated with decency. I’m not even asking for kindness—just basic respect.

WOW! Great place; especially if you are into sports! Special rates for children, seniors, Military. I stopped in asking if they cut ladies hair; you bet; in no time I had a great hair cut. I was grateful I didn't have to use an app! Just great service at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Pauly Ray's!

Got a haircut with Jordan, great experience. I used to go to great clips but they can’t do a fade, so I started going to places in minneapolis but they charge $45-$50 for a fade. Jordan did it just as well, if not better, for $30. Going to be coming here from now on.

The quality of the haircut was outstanding - it was clear that Jordan is passionate about what they do. Absolute disaster of a haircut. Been growing my hair out for several months for a specific haircut that I’ve had in the past. Came in and got my haircut completely butchered! Not only did I not get the haircut I requested but my hair was cut too short so it can’t be fixed. I am absolutely embarrassed, don’t even want to show my face to friends or family until my hair grows back. On top of the butchered haircut my beard was also cut way too short and it was not even lined up. I’d rather have ray charles cut my hair before I ever come back here.

Great neighborhood barber shop! True guys place to receive a haircut with a few good stories shared during your visit. The wait times are always short with plenty of TVs. I have always received a good flattop haircut and watched others receive a variety of other styles. I highly recommend Pauly Ray’s over the chain store barbers.
