one of the worst haircuts i’ve had in years, i asked for a mid fade i got an over high fade , and the fade was not blended at all so i had to come back again to blend it which made the sides not alligned at all with the hair on top , that’s clearly lack of experience , i had to cover my hair the whole time after the haircut.

When you click book online it takes you to Booksy and gives you one option, to book with EJ. I came in at my scheduled time for my son and husband and get approached by one guy asking how he can help while another light skin guy who is cutting hair is constantly saying “sign in at the book”. That’s fine but I’m also trying to explain and show the other man that I made an appointment online and dude in the back is still yelling “ma’am , ma’am Sign in!!”. What’s the point of making an appointment online with a specific barber and it doesn’t even matter when you get in there. The guy (dreads) cut my sons was WAY to rough with him. Grabbing his arms roughly to get him back up in the chair. Told him to stop moving over and over while it was clear he just needed to shake some of the hair off. Anytime my son rose his hand to move some hair off his face, the barber told him to stop and pushed his hand down. I don’t understand why people claim to “cut kids hair” but get annoyed when they act like kids. I honestly should’ve walked out after the first impression that was made. The haircuts turned out alright but I won’t be back and don’t recommend.

I stopped in on Saturday, 12/20/25, to get my nephew a haircut. My mom was with me; I checked him in and left to use the restroom. When I returned, my mom was irritated and ready to go; she said she didn't like the guy cutting her grandson's hair (the owner). He was too aggressive, physically and verbally, toward my 4-year-old nephew. So now I'm paying attention while my mom goes shopping, and I noticed he was pushing his head down way too far and talking to a baby recklessly. He told me he is not a baby; he is a toddler, but he treated him like a teenager! When my nephew started crying, he started blaming me. I tried to stop the haircut, but he cut it off and wouldn't let me finish. My nephew continued crying; he wouldn't stop, even when I said it was okay and that he didn't have to finish. He then started verbally attacking me because I was getting uncomfortable with his aggression toward my nephew. It made me uncomfortable with my nephew and being in a shop full of men. I will never go back there again. He was cold and mean toward me, making comments about my nephew's father not bringing him in to get a haircut and telling me to sit down when, clearly, my 4-year-old nephew was in distress. I didn't want to continue the service. He told me I can't tell him how to do his job and brought up a lot of other irrelevant examples. The way he was talking to me, telling me I had anxiety every time I tried to stop the service. He continues to do things on purpose to prolong the haircutting and some more stuff. He was horrible!!!! I will be contacting the mall about our encounter.

I’ve been a few times and each time I leave disappointed. Most recently i went in and asked for a low taper, and nothing off the top. Taper cuts are listed significantly cheaper than haircuts, but he cut the top of my hair, and proceeded to charge me for a haircut. I’m done with this place.

Best haircut I've had in a long time. They did a great job with the haircut, and they take their time. I glad I went there, and I will go there again next time I need a cut.

Corey the barber took over an hour to cut my hair, and results were below average. find another barbershop if you’re looking for a fresh tight cut….

The worst haircut my son has ever had! He had nice long locks (barber measured it and said it was 8 inch long) and told the barber he only wanted 1.5 inches taken off.. just to freshen it up. Why did he cut 4 inches off??? The haircut took him an hour and a half .. We pretty much watched a whole NBA game while he sat in the chair. Once he started going you could tell he wasn’t the most comfortable with the scissors but I was giving him the benefit of the doubt maybe he was just slow and particular about what he did. Everything was uneven and a mess. He even asked one of the other barbers to come over and check his work. He then “fixed “ some of his work for another 10 minutes. My son instantly walked out of the shop with his hood up. The barber said he was sorry. But that doesn’t change anything. If he wasn’t comfortable using a scissors or with his texture of hair he should have spoken up. I would have appreciated the honesty. I wanted to fight having to pay for it but at that point I just wanted to get out of there. And then ended up having to take him elsewhere to fix the mess. Please stay away!

Was in shock at how bad my son’s cut was. Asked for a fade and trim on top! There was a line -not good or intentional one around back and THIS on top! Had to pay to have him go somewhere else to fix and ended up cutting way shorter in order to fix it.

I brought my 2 son's here who both have curly hair to try a new place. The barber picked out my son's hair, letting me know this is how "a barber cuts curly hair". He cut it so unevenly I literally took him to Great Clips the next day to get the various 1 and a 1/2 inch longer chunks of hair evened out from what he had done. My other son asked for a "trim," stating to cut very little off the back and also showed a photo to show what he wanted. The barber proceeded to cut it shorter and shorter until I told him he needed to stop. I told him that it was in no way what he asked for and the barber then said he wasn't sure what was a "trim." I told him that he needed to ask if he didn't know what it meant. I understand that "a trim" is vague, but with the picture (and the other words he used to describe what he wanted) I cannot fathom why the barber didn't ask for clarification before he cut off his hair. We couldn't have been more disappointed, especially after I had called the day before to inquire about their services and was told how they could cut any type of hair and were "full-service." After our experience I called leaving a message to discuss what happened with the manager or owner but never received a call back. As a result, I am sharing my feedback here. I am not sure what quality checks All Pro Barbershop does to ensure they have competent barbers, but I assure you the person who cut my sons' hair didn't have a clue what he was doing. If you have never been there before, I suggest you be very cautious of what barber you are given.

Great hair cuts and great prices. I have had Cory and couple other cut my hair and have always been extremely happy. Jacob cut my sons hair last time and it was Honestly the best hair cut he's ever had. The vibe is dope and always good conversation. I've always left happy and would highly recommend!!
