Made an appointment for 10:15 AM for services. As I was en route to the shop, I get a text message that my appointment time had been changed to 10:30. Due to the fact I was driving, I did not see this message until I was already at the shop for the time I had originally booked. I patiently waited until about 10:45 before leaving, without services, as I had prior commitments. Not once did the stylist I had booked with apologize or explain. Only a quick acknowledgement when I first arrived that they were finishing up with another client and would see me soon. Not sure that 'soon' constitutes 30 minutes later, and 30 minutes passed the time booked online. Not sure why an appointment time is needed if it will not be honored, and then just randomly changed without consent. I had been to this location several times, but will not be back as I do not appreciate the way in which my time was wasted.

Today was my second time getting a cut with Ben. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get something done especially if you’re trying to get the once again popular mullet going. He knows his stuff and explains what he’s thinking and the best way to do it. 10/10 experience with Ben!

Vibes in the shop were awesome even though they were near closing time. Benjamin took care of me, and genuinely gave me the best cut I’ve ever had in my life. You can tell that he really cared about how I felt about the cut when he was done, and just for that I’ll be back again. Thank you Benjamin!

Sam did a wonderful job cutting my hair. She was very fun to talk to and made me feel very comfortable while I was there. 10/10 will for sure go and see her again!

Sam (Sammy_Scissor_Hands_) has cut my hair a few times now. Sam listens to what you want, offers great suggestions, and consistently delivers amazing results. Always leave laughing and smiling after spending time with Sam. Great atmosphere, great conversation, and a barber who truly cares about their craft. Someone you should go and see. Five stars all the way!

I came to Stilo Cuts (North Loop) a few days ago for a cut, and after seeing many glowing reviews for Sam, I decided to book with her. I’m so glad I did! She did an amazing job and communicated extremely well, especially considering I didn’t know exactly what I wanted. She also gave me some great recommendations for products to use. I absolutely loved the haircut and I highly recommend Sam the Barber. 5/5!!

I’d like to start this review by saying that my expectations were low for my appointment at Stilo Cuts. I’m a musician on a national tour, in a different city each week, and have had very poor experiences with various barbers on the road. Mikey here at Stilo cuts absolutely exceeded all expectations. The haircut was painless. I have very sensitive skin and usually the clippers leave razor burn the next day… I barely felt these. The shop is clean, quiet, and Mikey is very personable. I was worried if he would be able to cut black hair, but he handled the skin fade with precision and ease. Best cut I’ve had in a long time. It’s pricey, but you get what you pay for. 10/10 would recommend.
