Jayson is my ONLY stylist for ~25 years, and I had to go to someone else, I would choose Cheli! They're both excellent in their "craft", and amazing individuals! Jayson is more than the owner of an incredibly charming establishment, he is a business ambassador for South Minneapolis!

I needed a haircut before traveling and I'd been putting it off for months. I don't think I did a good job explaining what I wanted, but I got so many compliments on my hair from people who hadn't seen me in months and didn't even know I'd gotten a haircut. Cheli did an amazing job.

Out of 4-5 different barbers that I've tried in Minneapolis, Lyn-Lake is by far the best. Easy booking process, good prices, and most importantly, Jayson does an amazing job. I drive all the way across town to get my hair cut here for a reason!

You know it's a great place when you've not only been going to see someone like Cheli for over a decade, but she practically becomes family. Cannot recommend her and Jason enough. From their excellent craftsmanship to their genuine care for their friends and clients and their amazing pricing. Love them!

Everyone at Lynn Lake is a personable and caring human being. Each stylist cares about their customer and forms a connection in the first few minutes of sitting down. Cheli is so sweet and kind and I've never had a bad hair day with her (and I've asked for some fairly in-depth styles). If you want a kind, flexible and welcoming barbershop, this one is well worth the price.

Great place to go! Cheli has a fun spirit and is warm and friendly. I felt very comfortable getting my haircut here as a transgendered person.

Nice intimate 3 chairs/barbers. Easy to make appts online. Great service n conversation. My hair can be difficult to cut but a tight fade helps! Been going for about 5 yrs, wish wld hv found 20yrs ago! Jayson rocks!

Really nice barber shop a little south of Lake on Lyndale. I go see Don. Very nice guy, makes great conversation, and does a great job cutting my hair. $20 bucks for a haircut is a very fair price for a great quality cut. Covid wise the shop is nice and clean. Everyone wears masks and you make an appointment online. If you are ride a bike they have a few bike racks on Lyndale to lock your bike to. Highly recommend this barber shop and go see Don. You won't be disappointed.

Cheli grave gave me a great haircut! I noticed she paid attention to detail and was very meticulous at all stages whether free handing with the buzzer or snapping away at the top with scissors. The warm straight edge razor touch up at the end was a nice surprise. Cheli said, "I looooove of cutting hair!", and you can tell
