This was the worst haircut place my son has ever received. The barber didn’t listen, rushed through the cut, and left it uneven and sloppy. It looks terrible. Save your money and go somewhere else.

They cut hair but they don't capable of having a conversation or providing any sort of advice or input on styling. They're not he even willing to engage In conversation, it's like they expect you to know exactly what you want and be an expert on here. I'm not even sure that they speak English very well. Happens to get the younger stylist, not the older one so that might have played a factor too but haven't talked on the phone. I think it applies to both of them. If you want a cheap haircut, go to Great clips. They do a good job. If you want something nice, go to a professional salon.

The haircut was good, and a great price. But I wish that an appointment wasn't required. I prefer a barber that I can just walk in and wait my turn.

Update: Came back after 4 years and Si didn't listen (again). Asked for him to line up my beard before an interview tomorrow and he shaved all the length off with an electric trimmer... Every other barber I've been to uses a straight Razor then scissor to trim. Will never be back! There was no one else waiting but he rushes through it like he has somewhere to be. Another update after getting home, cut the hair above my ears way too high and left a chunk of my long beard in the side of my face after cutting the rest of it way too short. I'm blown away by how bad this went. $25 for a haircut and $15 for the beard and he rushes through everything. Si is a nice guy, but I returned after over a year today and received another bad haircut; which confirmed last time was not a fluke. I asked for a high and tight and feel I described pretty well how I wanted it. Once I got home and washed the cut hair out you can see it's longer on the top on one side, uneven in others and just plain doesn't look good... After paying for a haircut with tip totaling over $20 I'm going to shave my head now because I don't want to pay another person to cut my hair just to get it fixed. I feel like I threw my money away and wasted my time.

3-16-24 Called today to see if they could squeeze me in, thankfully they were able to. Arrived to my 2:30 appointment, was greeted by a younger gentleman, no wait. My haircut was done by a Si who was exceptionally kind, attentive and overall great at what he does. The previous barber shop I had been going to in crystal regularly, sorta quite showing up to his own shop, yet continued scheduling appointments. With all of the chain shops around, ready to give ya your next shotty hair cut, it can be hard to find one you're actually happy with. I am very very happy to have found this barber shop, will definitely return. Overall a very nice atmosphere and conveniently located. FYI when walking in the main front entrance, make the first right.

I went in for a simple trim, nothing complicating. I went to the website where the prices were displayed and thought they were reasonable, which is why I chose this place. After my cut was done and I was handed the mirror, I noticed he trimmed really high above my ears, which made me look ridiculous. The cut on the top of my head wasn't that even, either. Then, when I went to pay, the cut was $4 more than the internet price. He didn't know how to update the website and used that as his excuse, and wouldn't honor the price. Never again for this place.

I go here as my barber shop consistently (every other month for the past 2.5 years or so), so I have to review after today, as I can confidently confirm the trend. If you book the older gentleman, you WILL get a 5 star haircut every time, no questions asked, amazing experience. If you do not specifically book him, you will likely get the younger gentleman, which will result in typically 1-2 star haircuts. Due to the frequency which I have had the younger gentleman, my review averages out to a 3 star review. So why am I reviewing today? Because this was an all time low haircut from the younger gentleman. I get a simple buzzcut every time, no styling needed, just give me clean edges and no missed hairs and I am satisfied. This is at least the 5th time the younger gentleman has cut my hair where I’ve had to have my wife attempt to fix it afterwards. Today there were STRIPS of hair on the back of my head that hadn’t been gone over with the razor, but I couldn’t tell when I was in the shop due to lightning and mirror angle. The younger gentleman just frankly doesn’t care. I asked him today “so no hairs missed, right?” since I knew there had been missed areas in the past (nothing this bad though). He answered yes and quickly ushered me out of the chair. To sum it up - you will have an awesome experience if you have the older gentleman, and you will likely leave dissatisfied if you have the younger gentleman.

The price is very reasonable, the shop is clean and tidy, and Mr. Si is always friendly. Most importantly though is the quality of his work is CONSITENTLY well above average. I have been getting my hair cut by him exclusively for the last 3 years (give or take) and have never left disappointed with the hair cut.

I lost my hair stylist of 20+ years a couple months ago and had to find a good haircut. I tried these guys and was extremely impressed! I got the best haircut of my life! The gentleman cut my hair exactly as I specified. What a great find! As it turned out, my friend's nephew has been using these barbers for awhile and really loves their haircuts too.
