I brought both of my boys here to get their haircut. We didn’t have to wait long. Both barbers did a very nice job and my kids loved their haircuts! Only thing I noticed later after we left was there was a cut on my son’s neck. I asked where it came from and he said the barber accidentally got his neck, but that he apologized. I do think that should’ve been something the barber should’ve mentioned to me after, and for that I gave 4 stars. My boys were very happy with their haircuts though!

T.J. has been cutting my Godson's hair for over a year. We have tried other barbers, and NOBODY does nearly as well as T.J!!!! We drive from Woodbury to see him. Thanks T. J. for making him look GREAT!!

Totally enjoyed my experience. Was able to get in immediately; the stylist was very nice, friendly, and listened to my needs. The cut was exactly what I asked for. Great service.

Bizzie, did an excellent job on my son’s taper. This would have been our second time coming to him for service - and there haven’t been any complaints. My recent appointment he was very accommodating. I’m now 2 months postpartum and my mind is everywhere but where it needs to be. I was a bit late for my sons appointment due to confusing it with another appointment, but he was able to make it work and fit my son in with the help of another customer being nice to let us go ahead of him.

Horrible Haircut Experience – Avoid Bizzie I had my most horrible haircut experience at this barbershop with a barber named Bizzie. He completely ruined the hairline on the back of my neck by cutting it way too high, creating a harsh, unnatural look that was incredibly difficult to fix. It looked like a mistake any beginner might make—not something you'd expect from a professional. I went back to the shop—not to ask for a refund—but simply to have him fade or taper the area to soften the harsh line and conceal how far up he had taken it. Instead of owning up to the obvious mistake, Bizzie was defensive and dismissive. He refused to acknowledge what he had done, showing zero professionalism or accountability. To make matters worse, he behaved so poorly during the second visit that he intentionally clipped my skin with the neck strip while fastening the cloth around my neck. It felt like a petty, passive-aggressive move meant to express his irritation at being called out. It takes very little to be respectful and correct an error, but that basic level of decency was completely missing here. I won’t be returning, and I strongly recommend avoiding Bizzie if you care about your haircut—or being treated with even a shred of respect.

Went with my son to get a haircut on Father’s Day. Great environment and conversation. Bizzie was fantastic and the quality of his haircut for both my son and myself were fantastic. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this location and barber to anyone.

Awesome job, they got me looking good for the wedding the day after. 4 out of 5 stars. Music was so loud but then they finally turned it down so it was fine after. Not complaining just mentioning it, thought that the guy cutting my hair was taking his time. If you want a good haircut come here and they were all very nice

I had one of the most heartbreaking experiences at this barbershop. From the moment I walked in, no one acknowledged us or offered help. I had to repeatedly call out for assistance, and it wasn’t until they noticed that my child is autistic that their attitude completely changed—for the worse. Instead of showing patience or understanding, they acted like they didn’t care at all. When someone finally came over, I sat my son in the chair and explained that he is non-verbal. Without even attempting to cut his hair, the barber immediately said, “I can’t do his hair.” When I asked why, he said, “I could injure him.” I told him I was there to assist and that if he didn’t cut my son’s hair, who would? Autistic children deserve the same respect and services as any other child. Instead of trying to accommodate, he and two others started ganging up on me, being outright rude. I was in tears—just trying to get my child’s haircut. What made this even more painful was that I had just left another barbershop where an older white barber literally kicked us out because we are Muslim. I had hoped that coming to this shop—a Black-owned business—would mean more understanding and kindness. But instead, once they realized my child was autistic, their treatment was even worse. To top it all off, the haircut was poorly done—no proper lining, no real effort—but they still charged me $37 for it. The lack of professionalism, empathy, and respect was beyond disappointing. No parent should have to go through this. If you have a special needs child, I strongly recommend finding a barbershop that actually cares. This place does not.

Bizzie did a great job cutting my son’s hair. As a mother that really doesn’t know much about hair cuts. He asked me what I’d like specifically done with my son’s hair and I was able to critique the process the whole time. In the end my son’s haircut was worth me coming back again!
