Curtis or Ronnie always do great work and have attention to detail. Ive had mixed experiences with the other barbers but all in all. Pretty good shop.

Curtis cut my young son’s hair on short notice and got him lookin handsome as heck, checking in the whole time to make sure he was comfortable. A+ experience, definitely going back.

I checked in on the in-store tablet, which required me to enter both my email and phone number — yet gave no time estimate for my wait. Since I was at the mall, I figured I’d look around while waiting to make better use of my time. When I checked in, it said I was 3rd in line — but somehow, I watched other people walk in and get haircuts before me. If my name was called, why wasn’t there a call, text, or email to let me know I’d moved up in line or to confirm if I was still coming? They clearly had my contact information, but didn’t bother using it. Instead, I sat around wondering what was going on while several barbers were just sitting on their phones. Completely unprofessional, disorganized, and disrespectful of customers’ time. I won’t be coming back.

Price does not match the quality. I was getting good cuts for the price it was worth back in the summer for $35 and now they’re pushing $50. The issue with this is that my friend who doesn’t cut hair does a better job with the fades and actually knows how to use scissors, after simply watching a tutorial. I asked my barber to take an inch off and he asked me how much that was. He then proceeded to randomly snip at my hair with scissors and then switched to the clippers and random shaved off as well. The front of my hair got so messed up I had a crazy undercut and unequal hair length all over. What happened to barbers being able to use scissors? The fade was mediocre as well, not bad but definitely not worth close to $50, you can see where he kinda gave up on effort as the right side is much less blended than the left. I’ve been hearing about how this is a place for beginner barbers that just got out of barber school which makes sense, so I’m not going to judge them as much. I went with my friend as well, he got done worse than me. I’m not trying to be rude at all, but with the inconsistent quality of the cuts and the rising prices, I won’t be back.

Called said they only book appointment online. Booked my appointment. Showed up 15 min early. No check in process, no one at the front desk, no one to help tell you who your barber is, everybody just minding their own business as it seem, no instructions on how everything’s work. my boyfriend went to ask about his appointment and was ignored. Ended up leaving because this was a hassle just for a hair cut. 10 min after my appointment my assigned barber finally calls but I have already left. Please have a service desk person and have your instruction on how everything work either online or in person.

Sorry we don’t have an online booking so their no way you could’ve booked online, some of our barbers have booksy online booking so if you booked on there you would know who the barber is. How it works is you can come in as a walk-in we have a check in system where you sign up and whoever is available will take care of you at our earliest convenience we try our best to get everyone or as many walk in as we can, our staff is usually pretty good at greeting clients and explaining how it works if you have trouble signing in. Sorry we don’t have receptionist at this location and maybe’s we should, thanks for your feedback

Do not bring your child here. This is not a kid friendly atmosphere. Brought my 9 year old son to his first barbershop cut. Thought everything went well Curtis cut his hair he wasn't the most friendly however, once we were done. I Paid and gave a generous tip. I knew something was wrong by the look on my son's face. I asked him what happened and he started to cry. He said he got a mouth full of hair and was trying to get it out. He ended up spitting a bit on the cape and Curtis started cussing. I am so upset right now. We will NEVER go back!!!!

Usually, I have no problems with this barbershop. In fact, I hate that I’m writing a bad review. Today, I waited 4 HOURS for a walk-in appointment when there were 8 barbers at the shop. Truly wish they had a website to do bookings because I wouldn’t even bother walking in. TIP: If the barbers have actual appointments going on and cannot take walk-ins, tell your clientele that BEFORE wasting their time. I’d respect that more than Otherwise, I have no beef with this place. All the barbers that I’ve worked with do a great job and do a professional job on their craft.
