Normally a good experience but this last time will be the last time. Booked online and arrived 5 mins early. Was greeted and checked in. Was told it'll be a few mins, which is fine, I'm early. 20 mins roll by. One guy paid and left in that time span. Nothing, so I left.

second worst haircut experience of my life, no one greeting at the door, front desk lady glued to her phone and a hairstylist (Heather) who blatantly ignores my efforts to chat. NEVER coming back.

I usually don’t write reviews, but today I felt it was necessary. I arrived early for my appointment, and my barber, North, welcomed me with a warm smile and a handshake, getting me into the chair right away. He’s a great conversationalist, which made the experience even better. After the fantastic haircut, the hot towel, massage, and aftershave treatment were the perfect finishing touches. I left feeling like a brand-new man. I believe I’ve found my go-to barber.

I have been going there since shortly after they opened. My most recent visit was my last. Overall it was the worst experience of my life. I was a few minutes late. The front counter person and the guy cutting my hair greeted me with a terrible attitude. The guy cutting my hair was on his phone every two minutes. He was totally rushing through. He was constantly shoving me head around without warning and a huge amount of force. Yes, it tweeked my neck severely. He did a terrible job and refused to listen to anything I was saying. At the end, he refused to do the standard wash saying I was late and he had other people waiting. If he hadn't been on his phone so much he would have had plenty of time to wash. He did no clean up at all. I called him out on everything at the counter. He and the front counter person got confrontational. They wanting to argue instead of taking payment. I nearly walked out without paying. I attempted to contact the management team about this. They never responded. I see no reason to go back.

I’m normally a huge fan of the Barbershop, I’ve been going there for the past several years. My most recent haircut was not so great. The stylist got hair clippings all over my face, was on his phone a throughout my appointment, cut his finger, and didn’t get the shampoo. Thankfully my hair still looks okay. I normally book with whoever is available, but I’m going to be a bit more selective from now on.

I recently visited this barbershop and unfortunately, it was not a good experience The barber had seemed like they were having a rough day — they rushed through the entire haircut and were a bit too rough with everything. It felt more like a race than a haircut. What was most frustrating is that I came in prepared — I showed clear reference pictures and explained exactly what I wanted. Despite that, I ended up with a completely different style that I didn’t ask for. The result didn’t look clean, and there was no attention to detail. I understand everyone can have off days, but when you’re dealing with customers’ appearance, care and communication really matter. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel either of those were present during my visit.

My teenage son gets his haircut by Katherine regularly and enjoys the experience each time. Most importantly, he is very happy with how each haircut turns out. Katherine is very nice and makes the haircut go quickly for my son. She also makes great suggestions when my son is not sure about what to do with his hair.
