I had an appointment today (11/28/25) with the employee William E. To be honest, this was the longest and worst haircut I’ve had in the past 10 years. I don’t want to offend anyone, but the work was done very poorly! First, the process took too long — the haircut lasted an hour and a half. Second, during the process William was not careful: he brushed my eyes several times with the hair-cleaning brush, and he pressed the clipper too hard, which caused discomfort. Third, the final result was extremely unsatisfactory. The fade between the levels is not smooth or even, and the top — which should have been cut with scissors — was left with uneven patches. Overall, I recommend that the owners pay close attention to the quality of William E’s work and either send him for additional training or find a more capable employee. I am 100% sure that I will not return to this establishment again. I have no complaints about the other staff members!

James is fantastic. Talented, professional, and appreciates his customers. He works with each customer on a level that each client can understand. He had Joseph, an energetic 5-year-old sitting still for his haircut. Amazing 👏. Plenty of parking spots. James has a positive attitude that radiates throughout his shop.

Brought my 8 year old son for a haircut with James and am really impressed! I would highly recommend Cutting Edge. You’ll leave happy! We’ve tried a couple other local barbers in the area but the cuts we received were pretty basic/not matching the picture we brought. James did an amazing job. Took his time, cleaned up the mess from my son’s last cut and Theo left smiling with a stylish haircut. At Cutting Edge, they’re professional, have games for the kids to play while waiting and friendly. Bring your cash as they don’t accept cards.

First time stopping in yesterday. Walk-in, and I was in the chair right away. I got a nice crispy cut from Chris. All the chairs were full of clients of all ages, including kids. Great guys to hold a conversation with. They were genuine and asking about family. I'll definitely be back for a clean-up in a couple of weeks and bring my boys as they have been asking to go to a real barber instead of having dad cut their hair 😆

James, takes care of my son with special needs, he gain my son's confidence because he takes his time to connect with his clients, James is very skilled in his trims and hair cuts, so friendly and great conversation, this place is clean and he sanitatizes all the time his tools, also brings you a great experience! As soon as I got in it was less then a 30 minute wait and barbers got me a cold beverage to beat the heat with. Showed my barber my style and what I wanted, we told me how realistic it was and made some points to make the whole cut come together better and we got to it. He was super detailed and gental all while keeping up conversation. Finished me off with a straight razor on the burns and a hot towel to clean up the neck and face! Amazing service, best I’ve had in YEARS! Earned my business for years to come! Ps don’t worry bout who you get sat with, I’ve seen the work and it’s all worth it!
