Same day appointment made around noon. Brief, virtually no wait upon arrival. Friendly, warm atmosphere. Marie L was my stylist. She was great! I received the cut I wanted. I will return.

Katy cut and dyed my hair and she is the literal best. I could not be in better hands than with her. I now look like a pokemon gym leader and I am now feeling like myself.

Booked a couple haircuts online for my kids a few weeks out. They ended up calling me the day before the appointment and said the stylist doesn’t actually work that day so they then rescheduled us for another week out. This time I spoke with someone who actually confirmed over the phone. So then the next week, a day before the appointment, same thing happened. They called to reschedule because the stylist apparently doesn’t work the day in which they scheduled me for. Decided to cancel and will not try again as they apparently have incompetent people working the phone and online scheduling.

Very Disappointing Experience I came in today for a scheduled haircut appointment. The appointment was delayed by 10 minutes, and then I was kept waiting an additional 10 minutes. When the barber, Hakim P., finally saw me, he took one look at my long hair and refused to give me a haircut — without even asking what kind of style I wanted or what I was planning to do. He made no effort to understand or communicate.

I consistently have received quality haircuts here. At first, I thought it was pricey until I realized I was basically paying the same at Great Clips but for a better haircut! This is nothing more than a heads up for those who it matters to...the stylist are quite "free" with their language and things they discuss.

I took my son in for a light trim on his medium length hair yesterday. The man who cut his hair absolutely decimated it. I don’t think it could’ve been worse if my 5 year old had cut it himself. He cried when he looked in the mirror and said “Mommy, I didn’t want my hair to look like this. I liked my long hair. Why did you take me for a haircut?” I can’t look at him without feeling sad and mad and sorry for him. I would never, ever recommend taking a child with medium length or long hair to Floyd’s. When we went in, I explained to the stylist that my child has never had his hair cut in a salon and he’s trying to grow it longer so he’s apprehensive to have it cut but that the ends needed a small trim so it can stay healthy while it grows. I was very clear about what we wanted. How does this happen in a professional salon where all you do is hair?! Seriously, I can’t help but wonder if this was done maliciously. I couldn’t see how badly it was butchered when we left because it was parted abnormally far to one side and slicked back with water and leave in conditioner. When it dried and started to lay more normally at home I could see how terrible it looks. There are spots on his head where his hair is only half an inch long. There’s just no way a professional could mess up a person’s hair this bad on accident. I called them to let them know how unhappy we were and I asked for a refund. I was told the manager would call me back but I’ve received no such call. It’s going to take 6 months for my son to grow his hair back out from this hack job. Tears and upset all around in our house over this. These before and after pictures don’t even show the extent of it, but you get the idea. I am so frustrated and disappointed.

First time visit with my son. Booked an appointment for a specialty cut, for a skin fade. There doesn't seem to be any sort of fade and it definitely is not a skin fade. It's extra money for this service and I'm not happy that I didn't get what I paid for. She did ask if it was okay but my son didn't want it fixed, he seemed upset. In the car he said she was pressing really hard on his head and he just wanted it to be over. She also didn't do a good job cleaning off the little hairs all over his face.
