They advertise 15.00 on Monday and Wednesday for seniors . But once you get there and they start cutting they tell you the 15.00 is only for a buzz cut and it’s not a deal during a holiday week . Bait and switch , just not honest . And they make a 15 minute haircut into a one hour event . They are nice enough but not upfront honest . Won’t go there again .

I had a haircut appointment with Ms. Lee on May 10, 2024. Few hours after getting the haircut, I begin feeling an itching and burning feeling at the back of my neck causing some bumps. This is not the first time I got a haircut with her, which has been years apart. Due to this exact reason is why I hardly book with Ms Lee because I always get bumps in the back of my neck. I normally book with the other male barbers and they always do excellent job. Please ensure your razors are clean because many of us have sensitive skins. Thank you

Despite me being bad at describing how I want my hair done, Mr. Lee did an amazing job with my hair. Asked just enough questions to figure out what I was going for, didn’t overly feminize it, and all for a great price

I see Ms. Lee on a weekly basis and I have never been more satisfied with a Barber in my life! She is so personable and pays attention to the details. She is a true magician when is comes to cutting hair! I would recommend scheduling with her as you will leave with the best hair cut and best quality of service! Truly! Best haircut I have ever gotten! I have been coming here for a couple years and always get consistently great results. I did not know what I was missing out on before I started coming here.

I brought my two sons ages 10 and 12 to get a haircut. The barber was Mrs Lee She rushed through the appointment finishing both children in 30 minutes. The haircu"t was barely an edge up. She did not clean the clippers, as a result one of my son's got a rash on the back of his head. She still charged $25 a pop though. I recommend never scheduling with Mrs Lee She does not give quality haircuts and she overcharges.

Not the most fancy or attractive looking interior or exterior, but the barbers are some of the best in the state - and the prices are very competitive. The barbers are all so welcoming and friendly as well! If you're looking for a local black barbershop to support, you've found the one! I cannot recommend this one enough. - The only improvements that I would recommend would be in terms of their website.

Best barber shop in the Twin Cities, by far! John has been in business for 25 years and his staff is amazing. After moving here 7 years ago and getting haircuts by my mom, whose been a hairstylist for 40+ years, I can’t tell you how many barbers I gambled with in the Minneapolis area and the talent doesn’t match up. Miss Le is my go to. Best fade I’ve ever had (sorry mom😬). My two sons go here as well. If you’re looking for a quiet, laid back old school style barber shop, stop in and see John and his staff. I would let any of them cut my hair.

My husband was a first time customer today and now says he’s going to be a lifetime customer! Jeff cut his hair and did a fantastic job! Very thorough and paid close attention to everything he was doing! The entire staff was very welcoming, friendly and outgoing. Hands down best cut I’ve seen on my husband! We will definitely be back with our sons!
