My uncle, cousin, and I went to MOA after an appointment. We came in with my uncle looking like the Wolverine! Fresh listened to what we wanted and kept my uncles rattail! Thank you for giving us an amazing experience!

I had a great experience with John. He did more than enough and dumb his phenomenal great and I’m definitely coming back next week. I do recommend everyone come to him as well. I wanna give him seven stars or 10 stars but you guys only have five stars so it’s really great and good by the way I’m in. I am a pastor as well so please support him and I say a blessing for him too.

Yesterday I stopped in for a haircut while my teens were shopping around the mall. This isn’t normally somewhere I would choose to get my hair cut, but I had time to kill, so I asked if they had anyone available. They told me yes. Right away, the first stylist didn’t want to take me and asked to give me to someone else. The second stylist looked at my picture but barely listened to what I was explaining before starting. As soon as they began cutting, it felt off you can usually tell when your hair isn’t being cut correctly.While cutting my hair, another employee came over and my stylist started openly complaining about wanting to quit, not wanting to be there, and talking about possibly walking out. As a client sitting in the chair, that was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional.I ended up stopping him to point out that one side wasn’t cut correctly and that my lineup was uneven. He said “my bad” and tried to fix it, but it still wasn’t right. During this, he continued complaining about not wanting to do the job.I paid $50 and left with a haircut that I now have to go somewhere else to fix. After posting a photo of my haircut, multiple people immediately asked why it wasn’t lined up and why it looked uneven. Overall, this was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

We went here for a haircut for our 6 year old since we happenedtobe at the mall already. Andy did a GREAT job with our son and we were very pleased with the cut. Everyone there was also very friendly and pleasant. Definitely worth the drive for us to come back!

Prompt, friendly greeting when I walked in, and they helped check me in. The barber showed good patience discussing the style—I’m not the most articulate when it comes to haircut terms, but we found the right look. He was thorough, and the result was nice and clean. I also appreciated his honest advice: a buzz cut wasn’t ideal for winter, so we went with a short style that still suited me perfectly.”

They did an absolutely amazing job with my son. My son is 10 years old and is on the spectrum so is sensitive to getting his haircut and to how things look he’s very particular They did an incredibly thorough and professional job with him and this is the single best haircut he’s had in his life. They were patient, respectful, kind, and did a phenomenal job. If you have a son, especially one with special needs, this is the best place. I can imagine taking him.

I had emergency need! I did a treatment to my hair and it fell out! I reached out to Kendrick and he got me in right away and took care of it! It looks so good and I’m getting so many compliments! I might just keep this style going instead! From wigs to the barbers chair!
