Poor service and communication. I booked appointments twice, and they canceled them without explaining the reason. If you are not available, why let people make appointments?

I found my new Barber Shop. Fantastic and welcoming experience both times I have been there so far. Right on schedule for appointments, they take their time and spend the entire appointment window to deliver a high quality cut and make sure it is what you want. Good conversation and very fair prices!! I have been with Jacque each time. See you guys again soon!

It can be difficult for a woman to sit in a barber chair, and get what she wants. The whole crew at Old 13 is super welcoming, and Jacque is awesome! He has patiently worked with me to initially fix the terrible cut I walked in with, and he keeps me looking perfect!

Super clean and welcoming barber shop. Incredibly kind staff who understands a diverse clientele. I went in and got a cut from Loren. He listened to how I wanted my hair cut and stopped several times to ask if it was how I wanted it. I left looking and feeling like a million bucks ☺️

Showed up at 5 mins to 8:00 on December 2nd and waited until 8:25 and no one has shown up. So I basically drove a half hour to sit in my car and watch All the surrounding business open on time. And also two other customers left because they waited too long to open. Very disappointing.

Danie has been cutting my hair for over 7 years. She is thee person I trust when I have a major event and/or business meeting. In over 7 years I have not once been disappointed. She also introduced me to Landon (which also does a fantastic job ) and his beautiful wife. Amazing hair cuts.. and even more amazing people.

I love coming here. I feel comfortable and welcomed, and the atmosphere is always great! Landon has been doing my undercut for over a year now and I won’t go anywhere else. Look no further if you are in need of a haircut! And the new shop looks great!!!

Awesome new Barber Shop! Loren and staff are great, I drove over 30 minutes to get a proper grooming from these guys. Check it out, you will not be disappointed!
