Non cash charges are only for credit cards not debit cards. I feel like I got a beard cut, though I seem to have overpaid after I used my debit card and got charged a non cash charge. Please fix this, if you are good at it, someone here. I am a regular customer when there are no issues.

Worst haircut of my life. I seen people play pin the tail on the donkey blindfolded better than "Z" cuts hair. They got one guy hungover sleeping. Meanwhile Z is making sure i never come back!

Does anyone know where Ramy is working now? I went for a haircut and found out he’s not working there anymore. ☹️ Ramy did a fantastic job with my Son’s Haricut. He was patient in listening to my preference but the overall outcome was beyond my expectations. After being a customer at Great Clips until now I guess it’s time we become the regular customers of Ramy at Sean’s Salon-Walled lake.👏🏼

Ramy forced me to give him a 5 star review along with a few words before i was able to pay and leave. I had one of the worst haircuts walking in today. My barber was rough and completely ignored the picture I showed him, which was long on top and short on the sides. He gave me a quick buzz cut all the way to the top of my head. He also gave me a bald spot in the back, and I have no idea how I can go to my new job looking like this. I thought i could trust this barber shop after looking at the pictures, but i was not expecting Ramy to ruin my hair. Id like for the owner to get in contact with me. I feel terrible after my experience and I know he can do better after looking at other pictures.

Been going here now for about 6 haircuts now. All have been great except the one I got before this time. As you can see from the one photo, not sure what happened here. This time though I had Marcel cut my hair and he did a great job and cut it exactly how I asked. Ask for Marcel!
