Bryan E. At the troy location did a fantastic job on my son's hair. My son had a lot of hair. Very curly mixed hair. He has sensory issues and hasn't had a professional hair cut in sometime. I have struggled to find to find a barber that could give him a nice fade, and keep him relaxed. He was relaxed and smiling the entire haircut. He loves his new haircut and his fade look awesome. Thank you again.

Been putting this off but can’t anymore. I’ve found that a good haircut still looks good after a month. It’s been two weeks since my visit to Floyd’s and my hair looks bad no matter which way I comb it. Minimal attention to detail, hair on the top was longer on one side than the other. Classic high-price corporate cookie-cutter experience. There’s no difference between this place and Great Clips except the price. $31 for a basic hair cut? lol

I spend 65$ , but not good finished with my beard, also not even my hair cut fade not match both side. Last time also they mess up, but this time I change the barber but not satisfied with the service this time also. They finish my hair cut and beard within 30 mins.

My husband went here today for the first time. He didn't have an appointment and they got him right in! He had an amazing experience from when he walked in. His hairdresser, Alecea T., listened to him and did a phenomenal job cutting his hair. The location was clean and inviting. I would recommend Floyd's to any gentleman looking for a great place to go! Great atmosphere, friendly staff, comfortable enviroment

Definitely one of the better barber shops I've been to. The staff there is exceptionally friendly from the front desk to the stylist to the manager Top Notch from head to toe. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a new barber shop and or hair stylist. They work with all types of textures lengths and it doesn't matter if your male or female to them hair's hair

I just came back from my haircut from the Troy location with Bryan as my barber, and to be completely frank this is the best hair cut I've gotten in about 3 years! To provide some context I came late to my appointment with a bit of a bird's nest on my head - so the job wasn't easy in the first place. However that didn't matter because Bryan made me look so good with a haircut better than the example I showed him. I couldn't help but leave the place with a smile because he honestly made my day with the cut he gave me and by periodically checking on how I was feeling. Mannn I'm still smiling writing this review!

The day I came into Floyds they were running a special where I got a discount on a haircut, free shampoo and a free hair cream which was nice. Christina was the person who cut my hair. From our first interaction she was so welcoming and friendly. My favorite part was getting shampoo from her! It was just super relaxing! My haircut that she gave me was top notch and my new barbershop will be Floyds because of her awesome customer service and super nice haircut. I recommend anyone reading this to ask for Christina when they come in!

Just visited the Troy location for the first time. Great atmosphere for a barber shop. Jen cut my hair and did a great job with extra attention to detail. First visit included a free wash and free product of choice. They’re really going above and beyond to provide a positive experience. It’s nice to have a barber shop of this sort right here in Troy. I will be going back.

I've been in search of a new barber or stylist for several months. Floyd's opened up near my home so I gave them a shot after having a positive experience at the Birmingham Floyd's in the past. The professionalism and kindness of the staff here is amazing. I walked Brandi through what I was looking for and let her know of issues I've had with my hair style in the past. She immediately knew what to do, was extremely professional and did an amazing job on my hair. I've found my new hair stylist and I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Brandi and the staff and Floyd's.

Charlie is more than a barber, but an artist who is a master of the craft. My skin fade is superb! Floyd's new Troy location is a clean and open space with a high ceiling that is full of sun light. The playlist was top notch, and the vibes are pleasant. The entire experience exceeded my expectations.
