I brought my kiddo in for a cool kids haircut and AP was nothing but the best!!! So patient with him, made him look so fresh! He loves his haircut and is actually excited to come back. Will absolutely drive to Taylor for this barbershop

Jovanny cut my hair. It was my first time in. It was fate. I went to my old spot and my guy wasn’t there. I googled barbers near me and found this place. When I got there, through conversation, it turned out Hussein (the owner) used to work at my old spot. I quickly found out my old spot lied to me about my old barber. I’ll never go back there and blades & fades is my new spot. The 30 minute drive is totally worth it. I’m extremely picky about my hair and Jovanny cut my hair perfectly the first time. I was impressed. Highly recommend this shop. I look forward to my next cut.

From the day I met Hussein, we hit it off before his clippers hit my hair, the experience here has been nothing less than my feeling like I’m at home each time I stop in for the wonderful service at Blades and Fades! Best barbershop in Michigan by far!!! Super friendly people makes you feel like you’re at a family gathering. Haircuts and beard trims are a must for men and these fellas will not let you down. I moved almost 2 hours away and I’m telling you these guys are worth the drive!

This place was awesome and welcoming. AD was my barber and he was what you expect out of a great barber shop experience. Not only did he go above and beyond with the haircut/beard/ and lineup he had me laughing and talking about life. The other guys in the shop also chiming in and having laughs. I recommend this place 10/10 times. I don’t live in Michigan anymore but when I fly in to Detroit I will be getting a fade with AD because I know he will having me looking like a gentleman 🫡🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻 appreciate ya men and thank you again for the awesome experience.

I moved downriver about 6 months ago and have been on a constant journey of finding the “right” barbershop and I can confidently say that I have found it. Hussein runs a phenomenal shop and Luis (who cut my hair) is a phenomenal barber. This is my spot moving forward and people should make it their spot as well.
