I honestly love coming to Princess Hair Salon — and my barber Frank is the reason I keep coming back. Every visit is such a great experience. He takes his time, pays attention to the little details, and never makes you feel rushed. You can tell he really cares about making sure you walk out looking your best. 10+ years of getting my haircut by Frank and he never misses. He manages his schedule incredibly well, so I’m never left waiting past my appointment time. His attention to detail on fades and beard lineups is unmatched, and I always leave the chair feeling fresh. Great barber and great service every single time.

Took my 2 1/2 year old son here yesterday for a haircut since he was looking like a wild child. He lately had been giving the ladies at the kids cuts places a lot of grief and moving around to the point that his hair was as uneven, so I thought maybe being around men he might act a little bit better wanting to be “one of the boys” and almost immediately I felt like I might’ve made a mistake as it just didn’t seem like a good kids place but I was so WRONG. He had his hair cut by Frank and within 30 seconds of meeting Frank had him up in his arms and he was so happy. You could just tell he loves kids. The haircut itself was absolutely perfect and he went so fast that my son barely had time to fidget or complain! He had a few moments where he started to get irritated and I jumped up to help and Frank actually motioned that it was ok, switched up his tactics and once again my son was happy. I can’t stop looking at his head now his hair looks SOOO good! Thank you Frank! We will be back!

DONT GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE BY WAFA!! Wafa is so inconsistent with the quality of her work, but this time is my final straw. She's super rude always has an attitude. I've been going to her for 4 years, I used to get my face waxed because I have PCOS and I have a lot of facial hair and she would always make comments about how I should just go get laser, and it made me super insecure. She would complain about waxing my face when I literally paid her to do her job. And then i decided to wax my own face and just get my eyebrows done by her. Today I went to go get my eyebrows waxed at around 4 PM and I understand that it can get busy but as a service provider, your quality should always remain the same. Charging $25 for an eyebrow wax and messing up somebody's eyebrows is actually insane. I don't recommend you guys go to this place. I'm definitely going to find somebody else. I shouldn't cry after I get my eyebrows done because somebody didn't do their job right. As you can see before the service, my eyebrows were grown out and all they needed was be cleaned up. You can see the thickness and the shape. And after the service, you can see how she made them look uneven. The left eyebrow it's thinner in the front and the right eyebrow arch is completely different. She also made bald spots in my eyebrows. The eyebrows look nothing alike and my face looks unbalanced. I don't recommend this place at all, if I could give zero stars, I would! never coming back and I don't think you guys should go either $25 is absurd for this quality of service.

Showed the guy a picture of the haircut I wanted—super simple—and somehow, he gave me something completely different. I told him to trim half an inch, and this dude chopped off like four inches. Bro, do you even know how haircuts work?! On top of that, he pushed my beard line like half an inch down, completely messing up my look. Now I’m stuck looking like a different person, and it’s going to take months to grow back. If you actually care about your hair, do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from this place.

Wafaa keeps raising her prices for eyebrows, and it's becoming clear that she's just being greedy. Please don't support her by going there—she'll only keep doing this. And don't tell me she's the only one who does a good job, because I'm sure there are other talented people who charge a fair price for their services. Plus, her attitude is not great.

Beyond disappointed in the service the Eyebrows lady provides! I went before work this morning. Keep in mind. This is my third time going to her the first time she did a Good job the second time I went to her she made my eyebrows thin and barely cleaned them. She did not even offer me a mirror to look at them. When I got in my car and saw how she did my eyebrows. I was very disappointed! I went home and had to clean & fix them myself However, I let it go because I just assumed she was in a bad mood or had a rough day. Today I went to get my eyebrows done Hoping I would have better experience, I was barely greeted. She did not even take five minutes to do my eyebrows and again I was told you’re all done. Didn’t even hand me over a mirror to look at them. And I was too shy to ask for one! Got in my car and I noticed, she barely cleaned my eyebrows and left a lot of hair? I’m paying you $20 to do my eyebrows and you can’t even clean them proper? Like is this a joke? If she simply isn’t enjoying what she does anymore why continue doing it? The least you can do is greet your customers And give them the opportunity to see their eyebrows before you kick them out!
