Saw videos online on how they do shaves. From the prep to hot towel and steams. Looked interesting to me come to find out the barber didn’t do any of that just left with a butchered neck. And let me know he doesn’t do shaves on the neck. Clean shop but young inexperienced barber. Don’t want to name drop.

Can not get better than this. I leave fresh every single week. Haircut and beard lineup always flawless. The experience is unmatched, I even call ahead to his café so my meat lovers pizza and sub are ready when I’m done. 10/10 every time.

From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed. This was my first time at Justin Jacob Salon & Barber Shop, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Justin & staff took the time to really listen to what I wanted, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. You can tell they take real pride in their craft. My haircut came out exactly how I envisioned it, clean, detailed, and perfectly tailored to me. The attention to detail was on another level, and nothing felt rushed. Beyond the haircut itself, the customer service truly stood out. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made the entire experience feel personal rather than transactional. A genuine thank you to the entire team for making my first visit such a great one. Small gestures, great conversation, and top tier skill go a long way, and you all nailed it. I’ll absolutely be coming back and recommending this place to anyone looking for quality and care.

This place is even better than it seems on Tik Tok! Customer service is Top Notch and they truly are the most sanitary barber in Michigan. Everything was clean, and smelled fresh. I had Tristan give me a fresh lineup. He absolutely knocked it out of the park. Very detailed making sure there wasn’t a hair out of place I will definitely be back.

I’ve been going to Justin Jacob Salon for a while now and I’m always happy with my haircut. Justin is very laid-back, easy to talk to, and really takes his time to make sure everything looks right. You never feel rushed, and he listens to exactly what you want. The shop has a calm, comfortable vibe and is always clean. Every cut is consistent, clean, and well done. I leave feeling confident every time. If you’re looking for a barber who is professional, skilled, and genuinely cares about his work, I highly recommend Justin Jacob Salon.

Cut my hair flawlessly and is always on point with the customer service. One of the best barbers you can go to due to the hospitality and the clean cut you definitely will get. Free water for the road just adds to the hospitality, 10/10

Justin was a pleasure to work with! He stayed late for me because he knew I really needed a last minute cut for some engagement photos that were for the next day. He took his time, made sure I was happy, and I picked up some food at his restaurant next door which was also phenomenal! Great barber, great restaurant, and great cut!

Tristan is amazing! He cuts my 6 year old’s hair and it looks great every time. I always make sure to show him a picture and he executes it exactly. My son says he’s so nice and that Tristan’s the only one that can cut his hair now. He cut my son’s hair and we had a family event to go to right after and all his older cousin’s were saying how sweet his hair looked and his aunts/uncles/grandma were saying how handsome he looked! Compliments all around! I have a feeling we’ll be going to Tristan for a loooong time!
