First time customer, didnt make an appointment and walked in. Good customer service, very clean and aesthetic! Have not gotten a hair cut since being in texas....i will be returning. Happy camper!! 10/10.

Cleanest, best barbershop around. My barber Brian is the only person I’ll come see anymore. He’s next level. Highly recommend him or any of the other crew at Iconic Cuts!

Amazing experience. Having an autistic son finding a barbershop is hard. This place made it seem easy and I can't thank them enough. Friendly professional clean and just an all around amazing experience for not only myself but my kids. I couldn't be happier. If you need a place to go this is it.

I called at 1:07 to check if there was a walk-in slot available, and the person who answered, told me there would be a wait of about 10-15 minutes. I confirmed with him, and he assured me that was accurate. However, I ended up waiting for 47 minutes, and not once did anyone acknowledge me. It was clear that the information I was given was misleading. As I was leaving, the Kid offered me a free haircut, but when I asked if I should wait another 15-20 minutes, he told me there wouldn’t be anyone available. It feels like I was misled from the start. If you're busy, be honest about it instead of giving false information just to make a sale. This experience was extremely unprofessional. Never again.

Amazing shop!!! Kinda and honest workers. Been coming here for 8+ years and never once had a bad haircut or experience. Prices are fair and shop is well taken care of with great management handling everything. For sure more than recommend stopping in for your next haircut.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR A HAIRCUT!!!! I GOT BALD SPOTS NOW AFTER A FAILED FADE! I’ve been growing my hair for 2 years it was down to my shoulders. I came to Dijon to cut my hair. I told him to keep it long on top, but he cut ALL MY HAIR OFF! My head is butchered and. My hair is patchy and the lineup I didn’t want us uneven. They didn’t give me a refund for their mistakes, I still had to pay full price. Please DO NOT COME HERE! I AM EMBARRASSED I HAVE TO WALK AROUND WITH THIS HAIRCUT!!! NO REFUND NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I came back for them to fix my haircut about 20 minutes after I left by a different baber and these pictures are the results of AFTER it was “FIXED”. DO NOT GIVE THEM SERVICE.
