I came in looking like Grizzly Adams and Kacie helped me look a little more like Rico Suave when I walked out. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend her. She did a great job. It was my first time ever getting a straight razor shave and it was an excellent experience. I would definitely book online prior because it’s very difficult getting in with someone as a walk-in.

My son LOVED his haircut. He was beaming with confidence. Zac takes a tremendous amount of time dedicating to detail. You get what you pay for and Zac is the very best. My son also mentioned that he got exactly what we had asked for in the cut.

I just moved to the area and was searching for a great barbershop. I came across this place on Google with a lot of solid reviews, so I decided to give it a try. Katie cut my hair exactly how I wanted and made sure the length and shape were perfect. She listened carefully, checked in while cutting, and the end result looked clean and sharp. The shop was clean, had a chill vibe, and the staff was welcoming. I’ll definitely be back.

First time coming here and it was great! Amanda took her time ask questions about how I style my hair and how often I get my hair cut, to make sure she gave me a perfect cut that will last. And she did!!! Definitely will be back to see her!!!

I decided to grow my beard out when I retired and went to Forefathers to get a proper haircut and beard trim. For so many years I had my hair cut where volume of cuts was more important than quality and getting my hair cut was more of a necessary evil rather than a good experience. Forefathers changed that and Katie did an awesome job professional and friendly. I will be a returning customer looking forward to next trim with Katie.

I had a great cut done by Kristy today. Just moved to St Clair Shores and Lady Janes messed my hair up bad three weeks ago. I booked another appt with Kristy at Forefathers. The place smells great and the atmosphere is perfect.

Words cannot begin to describe how happy I am with my services at Forefather's and specifically with Ashley. I went to Forefather's for about 6 years and I am sad to be leaving. I am moving out of state and sadly, on to a new barber. Ashley has been with me for 6 years and is beyond talented at what she does. She can see the vision that others cannot. Her creativity and precision comes through in her craft and her professionalism and personality shine through when you are in her chair. She has also become a great friend in the meantime. While in her chair, she is also the world's best therapist when needed. I would recommend anybody at Forefather's, but especially Ashley. They treat their clients like family and take great pride in their work.

Visited for the first time and had a great experience! Zac was thorough, professional, and really took the time to understand what I wanted. The result was one of the best haircuts I’ve had in months. Very satisfied and will definitely be coming back!

Had Amanda cut my hair was super friendly and professional. Didn't know exactly what I wanted so I gave her the reins she did not disappoint. Super cool and unique barbershop. Worth checking out and giving them a try 😊
