If you’re looking for a barber who actually listens and treats people the right way, Karen at La Rosa’s Barber is the real deal. We walked in the day after New Year’s with no appointment. Karen had only planned to open briefly to take care of one or two clients, but word got out. What started around 9:30 a.m. quickly turned into a jam-packed day. Instead of rushing or shutting things down, she stayed, adapted, and took care of everyone. My son needed a haircut, so we waited our turn—about three people ahead of us. While we sat there, I watched Karen greet every customer, read the room, and pivot effortlessly based on what each person needed. That kind of emotional and social intelligence can’t be taught—you either have it or you don’t. When it was our turn, she gave us the same attention. I’m bald, so my haircut vocabulary is a little rusty. I showed her a few photos on my phone and she glanced at them and said, “Got it.” That quick look turned into the best haircut my son has ever had. Clean, confident, and exactly what he wanted. Great listener. Exceptional service. Hard-working, no-nonsense, and genuinely kind. Karen is the kind of professional who makes you believe in small businesses and craftsmanship again. Thanks, Karen. Always fast, great service! Caryn did a great job with my haircut. I am growing my hair to donate. I always stop in here to get "cleaned up " and maintenance. Job well done! Thanks ❗ 😊.

Nasty attitudes here, I'm Not paying for Any Negativity. Leave that at home. I had an appt. for my elder challenged relative & she takes a walk in who... was special I guess. 1st time there so if u Don't accommodate appt's why book them. I walked out & went elsewhere ..where paying customers are treated with common courtesy of their appt. time. Sat & waited & given dirty looks for an entire wasted half hour!!

Sammi knows how to do a great high and tight haircut , always even , she takes her time and is picky. Definitely meets military regulation. Won't let anyone else cut my hair.

I came in because my other barber became bad. Walked in and immediately got a barber and she was nice and gave me a great cut she only took 20 mins a d only cost 10 dollars

Simple, traditional barber shop. Good haircut from any barber operating there. Good service, friendly conversation, and casual atmosphere. Great price. Not much more that I could ask for. I like their new location -- even though it's a few minutes farther away from my house. Do give them a try.

Haircuts are 13 bucks...unless it's 30. ???? My appointments was rushed. Didn't do what I asked. Which is basically the same haircut 90% of men wear. I've gotten better haircuts for 8 bucks in the hood. I'd avoid.

I’ve been going to LaRosa’s for a couple years now and thoroughly enjoy it every time I’m in. The atmosphere is fun and laid back. The cuts are great from any and all of their barbers. No one can touch their pricing especially when the services are as good as they are. Going to attempt to get my kids cut there this week too. Keep up the great work LaRosa’s!

The barber we saw did not know how to do a simple hard part. Very disappointed in the lack of attention/skill applied to a standard hair cut. We went because we had time on a Sunday before the holidays. I was happy with the availability and the price but we will not be back because of the horrible state my son's hair was left in.

This is the best barber establishment in st. Claire shores, I had Brendan give me a fade and hot shave my neck , I have used so many barbers searching for the right one , this is the only one I will ever use, I am more then satisfied with my haircut, every person working was friendly and everyone else went out happy, I work as a manager at a business right down the street so it’s convenient for me also, Ty for the great haircut and see u guys soon. Definitely check this place out and give them a chance
