I am beyond pissed off. After coming home from a rushed job I was beyond itchy and after looking in the mirror nothing is lined up correctly, not my forehead, and not my beard. I don't care if the barber had only 30 minutes to cut my hair, my money is green just like anyone else's and once I made it known that I wanted a haircut and beard, the barber should have declined. This is absolutely disgusting. When the barber asked if I liked how to cut looked, I stated I can't see without my glasses ( she should have handed me my glasses at that point) Forget this place, take your money else where. If you can't offer your walk-ins a quality cut and experience don't offer it all. I am so sad that I came here.

Came in with a big full beautiful beard looking for a certain fade, beard got chopped :(, Lauren helped as much as she could, will be back and hopefully I can change my mind, overall they accommodated me nice people and barber shop.

I don’t usually leave reviews but my last cut here was not good. I asked for a mid taper and a little off the top and ended up with way more cut off than expected. I’m not sure if she was in a rush or if I was confusing in the way I explained myself. There wasn’t much communication. My previous cuts here have been good and they’ve even been accommodating when I’ve been late. This last time though was one of the worst haircuts I’ve gotten and not to par with what I was charged. It’s unfortunate because this place was close to me but I’ll probably go somewhere else now.

I’ve been going to this place for the last seven years. Depending on where I’ve live during that time, I’ve driven up to an hour away, because I like it so much. From the owner to my stylist/barber Brittlind, I couldn’t be happier with my experiences here. I couldn’t recommend this place anymore. Every visit for the last seven years has been five stars. Thank you to all the crew who make this place run smoothly. I can’t wait to keep coming back.

For anyone who knows me, I’m a bit particular about my hair. When I moved from NY to Michigan, I have to admit I was worried about finding a great long term barber. I couldn’t have been luckier - my first cut I walked in, went to Kat C, and have been going to her ever since. Kat is as cool as they come, and never short of a solid story (or several) to keep you entertained between snips. I never have doubt; when I leave the chair I know my hair will look great. Highly recommend going to check out Dapper House if you’re looking for a solid vibe - and ask for Kat C 🙌🏼

Nice people there and great place, Sarah did my hair and she did a fantastic job! Super friendly and welcoming and clean as well. Highly recommend it

Decent cut but not much of a “barbershop” atmosphere. Barber was not conversational and didn’t really listen to what I wanted. Never asked my name or introduced herself. Seemed like she wanted to get it done as fast as possible. Haircut lasted 20 minutes. She gave me a very basic fade even after I showed her photos of what I’ve done at my previous spot. New to the area and wanted to find a place with that barbershop feel. If you’re looking for a traditional barbershop where you feel like a part of the community, this isn’t it.

Sean K is a very talented barber. I have never once had a bad haircut. He has been my barber for years now. I followed him over to Dapper House from his previous barbershop. I recommend everyone to go and see him. Very friendly and always professional just like the rest of the employees working there. The owner is very friendly and hard working(which I admire). Awesome establishment. Will continue to be a loyal customer!

The place is pretty great. I have no idea who the woman is that cut my name, but she does a terrific job. I come here about bi-monthly and have done so for the past year or so. They do a great fade. It's an excellent place to get a haircut. Great environment, nice people. Right in downtown Royal Oak. Kind of a whole in the wall, I didn't know it was there when I first went. I definitely recommend a haircut from here, never had a shave, but I'm sure it's good too. The online booking system is super convenient. Just sign up for what time you want if it's available and show up.

Sarah is the best! This place is incredibly convenient and has amazing service. I went here after growing my hair out for 5 years to donate. Sarah did an awesome job and I'm now a convert to the ways of monthly haircut. They also have a loyalty program that allows you to save 10$ after 5 cuts.
