I went here to get highlights lowlights and trim. I showed her a Pic of the color and told her highlights lowlights and trim. She talked me into more layers. She spent only 1 1/2 hours on my hair. Which is usually 3 hours with color, cut and style. I was kinda in a hurry(she didn't know this). She asked me if I wanted it dried and I said no. When I finally got home. I didn't get even close to the color I wanted. She did all blonde. My roots were like a orange red. She didn't use a toner. My cut looks like she just cut some layers that were straight across, no blending. So I contacted her and told her my roots were orange. She said I seen the red was coming through just use some purple shampoo and it will go away. Like really $120 plus $30 tip. Any good hair stylist knows blonde hair needs a toner especially when you see it yourself. She acted like she knew what she was doing, really talking herself up. I ended up telling her that I wanted my money back for the horrible job that she done and go somewhere else to get it done correctly. She said ok. I had to wait to get my money. She said she had to keep the cost of product. When I went to pickup my money up she had me come to the back door and she come out. Probably didnt want her boss to know. Then she tells me I can put a toner on it. I told her I didnt want her touching my hair. She said she's been doing hair for 30 years. I doubt it. If it would let me post pics I would. Horrible experience

That was my first time being there but my husband goes here and takes the boys for a haircut. I had a great experience the lady who did my hair was very nice and did a outstanding job on my hair I will definitely be going back and requesting her.

Stacy is very unprofessional and likes to make Facebook posts about her clients and call people out of their name. She is very very rude and inconsiderate to peoples lives. I do not mind any charge on a cancellation but do not go as far to talk about people outside of your business.

I love coming here for my hair. My parents still go and have for over 20 years. Stephanie is great with my hair but all other stylists do a great job.

Haven't been to a professional in a long time so I was a bit nervous. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. The lady who did my hair was amazing! Highly recommend this place to get your hair done!!

I'm an anxious person, especially when someone's cutting my hair. I feel like finding that one go-to person is very hard to come by. I've had Tonya cut my hair twice and I absolutely love her. She understood me and did a wonderful job cutting my hair. So thank you Tonya! I will be asking for you specifically whenever I come back to Dave's.

Terrible experience, extremely unprofessional and very RUDE, definitely do not try to stop by if you have a big truck, they told me that I needed to move my truck because I might take too much space of the parking lot or I could get a ticket for park in their parking space, still went in and got a hair cut to give them a chance and the benefit of the doubt. The lady completely messed up my hair definitely not what I ask for and definitely lack of SKILLS. Do not ask for a fade they won’t know how to do that. Very rude as soon as you walk in, not a friendly welcoming place at all.

I went somewhere to get my hair done and omg she mess my hair up so I found this lady name Stacey she hook me up and save my hair I love her she did amazing job on my hair I recommended you seeing her and the other 2 lady was there are so sweet and nice they also did great job too I saw there work. I feel really love there. ❤️ best hairstyles I have been in the long time

Been trying to figure out how to leave this review without too many details . It’s been a long long year since I had my hair done from dealing with the loss of my dog and trying to find a new stylist seeing mine original is ill . I have found a stylist through a FB AD who works here . who seemed like she does a decent job for a good price til I really took a good look at her work she posted on fb after I got mine done . My experience with her wasn’t pleasant at all . As for she rushed through my hair (balayage foils done less than 20mins ,it looked like a child did it after I washed it and took a good look at it .she didn’t pay much attention to me & my concerns , was talking to everyone else , was extremely rough, scratched my neck her nails & she also made a very rude comment and said “my nappy bun isnt cute and is why I’m going bald i don’t know why you girls think it’s cute . The next client was waiting 45 mins before she got to her . I feel like this does need to be addressed because if another girl goes through this with her I don’t want her to hide . I want her speak up for herself. The salon will make it right . A hairstylist should always make their client feel confident and better when they leave than when they walked in. But my anxiety kicked in so bad and I felt like I was just a quick buck than someone she wanted to know and have as a future client z I really liked the lady who was doing hair next to her . she was very focused on what she was doing and took her time . The salon offered for this lady to redo my hair . Because I didn’t want the other lady (I won’t mention her name )to do my hair again seeing what I went through. I felt very comfortable and relaxed with Kelly even tho I was nervous from my prior experience . I totally trusted her with my hair just by the way she presents herself . I am very thankful for this and I feel so much better . It looked really cute and she gave me ideas . The coffee and love she gave me was much needed . I highly recommend Kelly . As for salon itself seems to be very helpful and took my concern professionally .
