TL;DR: Nikki at Mario’s is legendary. Perfect cuts, great vibes, and you’ll never want to go anywhere else. This place is amazing! Nikki is my stylist at Mario’s and she is a freakin’ legend. She nails my “Fury” cut every single time, no small feat considering how hard it is to get it just right. I’m extremely particular about my hair, yet I leave feeling like a million bucks after every visit. She listens, communicates, and just knows exactly what you want She’s also an absolute joy to be around—fun, genuine, and the kind of person who makes the whole experience something you look forward to. Honestly, I tell her more about my life than I tell my therapist. If you’re looking for a new stylist or ready to change things up, do yourself a favor: go to Mario’s and ask for Nikki. I’d bet my next paycheck you’ll never want to go anywhere else again.

Michelle does the most beautiful job coloring my daughter”s hair. My daughter colors her hair red which is a very difficult color to do but it is always beautiful and lasts!

I've just received the worst client experience ever. I would not be coming back here nor will I recommend this place to family or friends. I'm new to the area so I have been looking for a new barbershop but this is not the place. My barber told me mid cut that she "did not want to cut my hair" because I kept moving too much in my seat. I don't think I moved that much yet she just kept saying it over and over again that it just soured the experience. I've never had another barber tell me that and I'm not sure why she just didn't tilt my head appropriately like any normal barber would do instead of berating me for it the entire session. She compared me to being worse than a child and then she started getting mad at me for cancelling a beard service. Why would I continue paying my money after being told she doesn't want to cut my hair and comparing me to a child. I've never written a review before but she told me she doesnt care if I write a review because she, and I quote, "doesn't have any bosses" and "she can do what she wants". So here I am writing a review and even if this falls on deaf ears at the business, since according to her there is no management, I hope this detracts readers from going here just due to the horrible customer service. Like everyone else, I've had bad haircuts, but in every other scenario, my barber was kind and enthusiastic to cut hair so I was able to deal with it. This is getting 1 star because there is no option to give zero Even if for some reason you decide to go here after reading this, just don't ask for Rita - absolute horrible person to be running the business alone on a Sunday unsupervised

I’ve been coming here for many years to see Carol, who is my primary barber/stylist. Over the years, many of the other ladies have cut my hair when Carol wasn’t available and they have done an amazing job. Thanks, as always, for a great experience.
