Walked in to get a quick cleanup on my kid's hair around the ears and some 17 year old kid (who I assumed was just sweeping) got the clippers out and had a field day. Needed a few hanging hairs snipped, not a fade! Not sure what the hell this place is or thinks they are doing but one thing is for sure they don't give you the cut you ask for.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 223 Barber House is hands down the best barbershop around. Every time I walk in, Ben and Gary make me feel welcomed like family. They always take their time, make sure I’m taken care of, and leave me looking fresh every single visit. The service, energy, and consistency are unmatched. Been going by Bert since 2020 and it’s not even close. Top barber in the game period, some barbers make you look pretty good. Bert will make you look like straight money. 223 got the best barbers by far and it’s because of his leadership and skill.

Hands down the most chaotic and unprofessional barber shop I’ve ever stepped foot in. The place is run like a daycare for stoned teenagers more interested in gossiping with each other than actually cutting hair. I booked an appointment with Pat, and not only did he botch my haircut, but the entire experience felt like a joke. Pat couldn’t even stick to his own tools — he kept borrowing scissors and clippers from other barbers like he wasn’t prepared to do his job. He ruined my sideburns, left them completely uneven, and instead of focusing on fixing his mistakes, he’d cut my hair for maybe a minute before wandering off to chat with the others. This wasn’t a one-time thing either — it happened over and over again, easily ten times. What should’ve been a quick fade and trim dragged into an hour-long circus. The worst part? When he finally hacked his way to the end, he pulled out his phone and RECORDED my haircut without even asking. Completely unacceptable and invasive. I wouldn’t have minded if he had asked. Meanwhile, the so-called “staff” are literally children — answering phones, sweeping floors, and goofing off like it’s recess. They were loud, obnoxious, and throwing things around while customers sat and watched. This shop is beyond unprofessional and totally disorganized. Avoid this place at all costs.

We’ve been bringing my son here for his haircuts, and we couldn’t be happier! The barbers are friendly, patient, and really great with kids. They always take the time to listen to what we want, and the haircut turns out perfect every time. The shop itself is clean and welcoming, which makes the whole experience easy and comfortable. Never fails to impress and always feels like family. Very welcoming place with caring people. When it comes to service and pricing they are extremely ethical and more than fair. 5-Star Talent, I wouldn't recommend anywhere else before trying here first.
