My son recently went in for an apprentice cut, and while the initial result wasn’t quite right, Derek reached out immediately with no excuses and personally corrected it. He was professional, kind, and made sure the cut was finished properly. The final result looks great, and we truly appreciate how quickly and respectfully the situation was handled. Jeremy did a amazing job on my 12 year old son's hair. My son is very particular about his hair and Jeremy carefully listened to what he wanted and gave him a great haircut. Thanks Jeremy!

I’ve been going to Roughnecks in Livonia for years now. It’s a chill, relaxed spot. Not a cheap experience, and that’s a good thing. I’d rather pay a little more to have a set appointment with the same barber every time, someone I actually have a great relationship with who remembers exactly how I like my cut. The vibe is laid-back and comfortable, and honestly, this is the shop I’ve been looking for my whole life. I’ve tried the walk-in chains and more upscale salons, but Roughnecks is the only place I actually look forward to going. Don’t overthink it, just book your cut.

Very nice place!!! I like the new digs. It is open but still has warmth. I also love that I can make appointments. I dislike sitting around wait to get my hair cut.

Make an appointment! Love this place. New to the area. Friendly and professional service. The vibe and atmosphere are great. Along with the great service and conversation. Tons of amazing Easter eggs on the inside to keep you entertained during your visit.

Never thought I'd be frequenting a Barber Shop ~ but I've enjoyed having Stacy as my stylist since she worked at a previous salon. I love that though she listens to me explain what I'm looking for, then change my mind to something else, I never feel rushed! She makes suggestions for my face shape, etc. and is always helpful!

I started coming here I believe almost two years ago now. It has been a great haircut every time, easy to make appointments, and Max is awesome. The entire team there is great and are always helping out with cleaning up when not busy with their own customers.

Chill place and good atmosphere. Jeremy is a good barber. Takes his time and makes sure you like your cut before you leave. They even have an apprentice cut available which is free. Allows you to try them out before you spend the big bucks. Highly recommend!
