I bet the quality depends on the barber you get, but my experience was far from a decent haircut. Not presentable quality. Several parts of hair were left uncut.

This haircut was the worst one I’ve ever gotten. I genuinely have been crying for hours. I can’t even describe the feeling when he turned around the chair and all of my beautiful curls were gone. Do not book with Jerry. Never again.

Kaitlyn gave me an amazing haircut. The atmosphere and esthetic made me feel comfortable, from booking an appointment to walking out the door the experience was easy and convenient. I often go months without a haircut but that is going to change!

Really disappointing at ferndale location. Booked a service. Barber was 17 minutes behind schedule. Got to the chair and was informed by him that he didnt do the service that I had booked. No other appointments available until the next day. Front desk was really nice, but this was a huge hassle.

I had an incredible experience at Detroit Barber Company in Birmingham. Erin was my barber, and she did an amazing job. From the start, her energy was welcoming and easygoing — she’s a natural conversationalist who makes you feel comfortable opening up. I trusted her completely to choose the style she thought would suit me best, and she absolutely nailed it. Honestly, it’s the best haircut I’ve ever had. Erin has both the skill and the vibe that make the whole experience feel effortless and enjoyable. Highly recommend her!

Went there for the first time with full beard and need of a haircut. Being new to the beard world I thought this would be the perfect place after seeing the reviews. I didn’t have an appointment so they they put me with a gentleman who could care less about seeing me. I asked him what he recommended and he didn’t have any advice whatsoever and by the time he was done I have burn marks all over my face from his trimmer. Needless to say I didn’t leave a tip and I wouldn’t recommend them to new comers.

Never again. I grew my hair for 6 months just for someone not to listen to what i wanted. If you can't do it, then just say that. Do give me the same haircut cut i give myself for free. Same, I'm on fire.. the level of disappointment. can't be topped. The picture with the part in my hair i cut myself . I didn't want short hair. Show them with a picture or else they'll do whatever they want to you Because they aren't listening when you tell them what you want. And once again. If you guys could not do what i described, if it can't be done. Please do not erase 6 months of growing hair. Just say no, we can't do that and why and give me the choice to leave..

This was the first place I found that would take kids 4 and under! My son is 20 months old and we knew going into it that he wasn’t going to do super well getting his haircut. Tyler cut his hair and was so patient with him and did an excellent job on his cut! Highly recommend!
