Waited 45 minutes for a haircut never ended up getting it. The barbers didn’t even say a single word to me when I walked in. 2 barbers were available and never said anything to me. One person came in 20 minutes after me and they got attended immediately. Never again

I asked for a low fade he gave me this!!!!!!!! I’m never coming back here don’t get me wrong the customer service was great I had a great conversation with the guy but I went in looking good and went out looking like I just woke up I asked for a half an inch and he took 2 inch off??? (Never cheat on ur barber)

This shop has gone down hill in recent years. I came in as a walk-in and sat down with no one in the shop. There was one barber cutting someone and another just sitting in the corner. I sat there for 45 minutes for them to tell me they couldn’t help me. I have been going there for twenty years and now I will never go back.

New customer. Was taking long way to The Henry Ford Museum from Downtown Detroit in a Sunday. Offered to pay for a hair cut for my teenage son who has been having a hard time trusting his current hair stylist. I was shocked he said "Yes". We shared a picture of what style and cut my son was looking for to barber. My son looked miserable sitting in the barber chair, when all was said and done, he was extremely happy with the final cit and style!! Highly recommend, 11 chairs, classic barber shop vibe and character. Awesome job Lupes, ask for Milton! 25$basic men's cut (Dec 2024)

Go in and ask for Miguel my 14 year old brother is so picky to when it comes down to his hair cuts and he finally walked out of a barber shop with a smile from ear to ear!!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

I tagged along when my husband got his haircut. His barber always does a great job. She makes sure she understands what he wants done with his hair before she starts cutting it and asks along the way if he likes what she's doing I'd say the only cons are that it's cash only, so be prepared for that, and you should probably brush up on your Spanish before you head over there My husband's barber only speaks a little English, but my husband is fluent in Spanish so it's fine. I don't know if the other barbers are more familiar with English than his is But even if you can't speak a lick of Spanish, if you give the barber a photo of what you want done, I'm sure s/he will get it perfect for you I just wish they took cards because it's a hassle to make sure you have the right amount of cash for the $20 cut plus the tip

They do great haircuts at an affordable price. Only thing negative is the line system. So you have to be aggressive and keep track of who was there before you. When it’s your turn don’t even wait to acknowledge anyone just go, if you hesitate someone is gonna say they were next. Don’t leave that space for that to happen. Maybe if they had numbers you can grab that’d be great...Cash only, anyway great haircuts here.

I waited over 3 hrs to get my hair cut and i was finally next up. He finishes up with the guy he was cutting as one of his friends walks in. I get up and start walking to the chair and he tells me he's taking him first, and he takes about an hour to cut each person. Keep in mind i tried making appointments and was told its walk-in only. I was trying to get my hair cut for prom. I had to go somewhere else, which ended up being way better customer service and way better barbers. Not happy at all.
