Thanks for the review we appreciate it! Sorry to hear about that inconvenience but the reason might be because our barbers work with appointments we try to inform the customers before they start waiting! Sorry for the misunderstanding hope to see you soon 🙏🏻

George was great today! Very accommodating and professional. Was my first time there today and will definitely come back again. Great group of barbers in the establishment. Was very hopping even though it was a winter storm!

Expensive for children hair cuts!!!! I can get my son hair cut for a fair affordable price then this. Moreover, viewing their work first hand was amazing. They actually took their time with their customers, showing perfection and precision. I believe their prices are a bit elevated due to minimum wage going.

Every seat in this shop got a barber that will get you how you like, they don't complain about what your asking for and they always ask if your alright while there cutting. Highly recommend to people who are tryna get fresh.

I asked for a regular hair cut. The young man proceeded to cut and shape the trim line taking extra effort (and time) to razor trim/scrape the skin as most barber shops do but here "with no lather" and thus extra effort at what is now scraping the skin behind my ears. He cut me. I haven't been cut like that in decades. I walked in with my father who is in his late 70's for the BOTH of us to get a hair cut. This is a tradition where I now pay for his hair cuts later in life. They never acknowledged his presence. Never greeted him at all. When chairs became empty they never said anything to him. One barber started sweeping the floor, the other actually told a young man and then his father (who was blocking the second Lane of traffic on Michigan Ave. during the whole exchange) several times; "I can't, I have clients waiting". "No, I have clients waiting". "Come back in 30/45 minutes maybe an hour". Only to then accept the street blocker directly into his chair as his next "client" after many texts and thumb flexibility exercises over his phone. All the while still yet ignoring my father. This is the chair right next to me, it would have been nice to have my father seated beside me but this place is something else. They ended up taking four or so customers ahead of my father who arrived after we did. I didn't know all of the details of what was transpiring but when my father said that he was going to wait outside (on Michigan Ave) I new he was frustrated. So I made sure to give him the keys so he could wait in the relative comfort of the vehicle. I was still in the chair for approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Other than cutting my skin behind me ear, the cut was relatively decent but VERY slow IMHO. My father said that the last chair still had the same man in when we walked in as when he left. Odd, strange. What man likes a stretched out, elongated, time consuming hair cut where you still arrive at the same end result? If this is more of a "salon" and less of a barber shop I could see it but they need to advertise it as such. We likely will never be back. I can't have my father disrespected in such a flagrant way.
