Terrible customer service, came in and was ignored and just avoided. No one said anything and just pretended like I didn't exist. Never again.

This Is One Of My favorite Barbershop And The Barbers Are Very Professional They Always Have MY Laughing I Go In Looking Like I Need To Be Done UP And Come Out Looking Like Royalty I Love It Sometimes There's A Wait But That's Because The Barbers TAKE THERE TIME AND DONT RUSH AND I LIKE THAT

Demetrius is my barber. Great barber, excellent cut. I'm 71yr old female. Mr "D" cuts my hair the way I like. He's professional, pleasant, listens ti what you want & delivers. For me he is the Best Barber around. I ware a small fro, grain & soft. Most barbers can't cut my hair but only told Mr "D" once what I wanted and he nails it every time

Worst Experience ever. Whoever the owner is Fat Marks really need to work on professionalism. I called and scheduled an appointment and came in early and was past over several times . No one asked me if I was a walk in or if I had an appointment. This is one of the main reasons Black own businesses suffer. Play entirely too much.

Came to Fat Marks and I believe it was Martez that gave me a cut. Very professional and respectful. I was treated like family & invited to church the following Sunday! Nothing but love for Fat Marks and the staff.

Shop was clean, staff was friendly and I only waited about 20mins. James was my barber and he was very thorough and professional. You can tell he is a experienced barber. I was very satisfied with my hair cut and wouldn't hesitate to go to back again. Its hard to find a good barber these days, especially one who gets your cut just right... 5 stars!

The so called barber. That has the booth, the very first one, as soon as you walk in. Sucks he was so busy watching judge Joe Brown. That he really messed up my, No jack up my hairline: And haircit period! He didn't even blend in my hair. And he had nerve to mention a tip. If I didn't have court the next morning. Trust me I wanted to rock a hat. I really believe the judge felt sorry for me with that" Effed up hair cut and didn't send me to jail.
