When you walk-in they don't care who came in first, it's just what person they call up to cut is who they cut, I waited for over 2 hours and 30 minutes to get attendee

I called the day before to make an appointment, the person who answered the phone said to just walk in, no appointment needed. I came in at 10 am when they opened, they told me they were waiting on someone. So I was about to leave and he decided he wanted to see us. He then saw us and cut the baby’s hair and then cut my son’s hair and put a design. Two guys who had an appointment at 10 came in around 10:30 and were then seen after us. The cut was great. Service was not good. I paid $60 for 2 hair cuts. I called to avoid this issue and when I arrived he wanted us to wait for people who made an appointment. When I called the first time you should’ve made the appointment then.

Corte Tropical Barbershop in Southwest Detroit is a cut above the rest! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. This is the best barbershop I’ve been to yet,they always do great with cutting my hair and lining it up. I definitely give this barbershop a 10/10 recommendation

This place is so frustrating. It really doesn't matter if you make an appointment because they're NEVER on time. I've made an appointment and still had to wait over an hour (and then on top of that they also cut hair extremely slow). They give good haircuts, but if you don't want to be in there for 2 hours, I recommend going somewhere else. I made an appointment, the dude was like 45 minutes late, then told me to wait more while he ate breakfast lol. Just kinda unprofessional.

Great Service and the Best Barbers around!!!! Everyone was friendly and accomidating. They even stayed open late to cut my sons hair because i was stuck in traffic. I live in Ann Arbor and drive 30 min each way to come here so that should say it all.

If you’re looking for a shop with skilled barbers look no further this is the place. I’ve been going to Rob for 3 years now I don’t trust any other barber with my hair. He does a picture perfect flawless job every cut! You will walk out looking like you belong on the GQ cover !

This is the most unprofessional barber I've been 2 in a while. I live in Detroit. These barbers portrayed themselves 2 be thugs. Disrespectful music and only 1 person can cut. They charge average price for low level work. None of these men (except maybe 1) have their barber's license. You only get a good cut if you're part of the "In" crowd. A great place for a hair cut and very high professionalism is the place called uppercutz on warren ave. Go there. Or at least look at their reviews.
