The barbershop has friendly & inviting atmosphere making me feel very comfortable during my visit. I saw a comment stating the shop didn’t like gay people which is far from the truth! Highly recommend Allison. She was timely, personable, & capable of giving me a modern cut I had envisioned.

This place used to be my go-to pretty much since the pandemic restrictions ended. My regular stylist always paid attention to detail and knew how to cut my hair exactly how I liked it. However, the last time I went about 4 or 5 months ago and everything was wrapping up, she did the neck shave and I felt a pinch but my pain tolerance is fairly high so I didn’t think much of it. Went to pay and things seemed fine. When I got to my car, I was shocked to notice that I was bleeding from the back of my neck. What was more appalling to me is that it had to be noticeable to the stylist after it happened but she made zero mention of it. I understand mistakes happen but to not even mention it or apologize was not acceptable to me. What’s worse is that I had to put a band-aid on it for several days and afterwards had friends ask me what happened because it was “noticeable” they said. When I told them they were also in disbelief that nothing was mentioned to me about it. I still have a small scar in that area. The other issue I have with this place is that they tack on an extra $1+ fee for credit or debit card payments, which I’m pretty sure is illegal (to my knowledge companies can require a minimum for card usage, but can’t add fees for the customer). They also kept increasing their prices which is understandable given the economy but their competitor’s price increases have not been as drastic.

I took my teenage son here today for the first time. He had super long hair that was heavily damaged. Brittany had SO much patience with him, and spent a long time combing through it, where I'm sure other stylists would have told us "good luck." Even though this was a huge challenge, she had a very positive and pleasant attitude. In the end, his haircut looks great. Thank you Brittany for making a wonderful first impression on my son and I. We will definitely be back!

Just finished getting my haircut and beard trimmed with Holly. It was my first time at Dapper Gents. I gotta say that Holly was awesome! Not only does my hair and beard look fantastic, but Holly was delightful. Charming and very funny, she made me feel as if I had been her client for years! Hopefully I will be! Highly recommend!

Great place for a haircut or shave. One of the few that offers straight razor shaves. The stylists are great. They are also diligent about sanitizing. Barber chairs and waiting area chairs are often cleaned. 12/22/2023: Many thanks to my stylist. She always does an amazing job on my hair. Plus, she usually has a great story to make the visit smile worthy.
