I had a great experience with onyx and am definitely going back. I walked in like a stranger and walked out like a brother. The floor manager Zack was very kind to me and gave me instructions on what to do. I recommend going to onyx.

Great group of barbers you can tell when you see the amount of people getting haircuts and parents bringing their kids there. they are great at what they do. Great example I needed my hair cut back to a style i had for a film I worked in. I showed Ali a picture, and he crafted my over grown mop into the way it needed to be. Bottom line, they’re all really good and you don’t pay through the nose!

This is the best barber shop in town. Nader and the rest of the crew here are a great team and give the best haircuts for any age. I've been going to them for years for my hair and beard, and our kids always leave looking super sharp.

After having a few terrible experiences at those big, corporate salons, I decided to give Onyx a try and honestly, it was one of the best decisions ever. The moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly, and the overall vibe of the place felt calm and welcoming. The staff were genuinely friendly and made me feel very comfortable. My barber, Ali, was absolutely fantastic. He took his time to understand exactly what I wanted, suggested what would suit me best, and gave me a haircut done with so much care, precision, and attention to detail. Unlike other places where everything feels rushed, Ali was patient and focused you can tell he’s truly passionate about his work. What really stood out for me was how personal and professional the whole experience felt. It wasn’t just about getting a haircut; it was about the care and effort that went into making it perfect. I walked out of the shop feeling genuinely happy and confident. If you’re someone who’s tired of the typical, assembly-line salon experience, I’d strongly recommend giving Onyx a try. And definitely ask for Ali, he’s brilliant at what he does!

Came in for a walk-in, wait time was reasonable along with convenient staff members. The overall atmosphere was welcoming. Definitely booking again.

So glad to recently “discover” this barber shop. These guys have talent. They do a great job. Can be a busy at times but they have plenty of barbers so the wait isn’t usually long at all. Quality work at a reasonable price. Definitely best in the area.

I booked an appointment on Booksy with Ali Said for 1:00–1:30pm. I showed up on time, waited 30 minutes past my slot, and then saw my appointment suddenly declined in the app. Right after that, I watched him take a walk-in client to his chair instead of acknowledging my booking. When I asked, he kept denying he declined it and told me to call Booksy support even though it clearly showed he declined it. None of the other barbers cared to step in, and I was eventually asked to leave. This was my first time here and it will definitely be my last. I’ve booked plenty of appointments before and never experienced something this unprofessional. If I could give this place 0 out of 5 stars, I would.

I have not had my hair cut in years because I don't trust people to do it. I accidentally gave myself a bald spot on my left side and decided on this barber shop to help. Olly (Not sure the spelling) was kind and did a fantastic job. I am so happy with the results. Great place. Better haircut than I could've imagined! Thanks Olly!

I took my three sons in yesterday for hair cuts. Did amazing job on my older boys. I didn’t notice until later on my toddlers hair is all choppy bangs not even and the back not even. I’m so upset I didn’t notice it before I left.
