This place has a lot of barbers. I won’t dispute there are talented people working here but on the flip side I walked in and allow the available “person” yea “person” (definitely not a barber) to attempt a haircut and he failed. From his first step in attempting to fade I knew it was a big mistake. Dude switched back and forth 3 comb heights ten times. My suggestion! Give the less experienced or less skilled people to practice on the pensioners and little kids or people who just want one height haircut. I had to go recut at another shop. First impression was a little disappointing

I come here all the time with my son they specialize in women hair cuts I love the environment its clean and all the staff cuts hair pretty good in my opinion I go to Q but from my opinion and what I witnessed everyone is equally as good in the event Q isn't present I wouldn't mind going to anyone here they all take their time and they all pay attention to detail all the negative reviews is B's as a NYC native they give good haircuts

As a woman, I would not recommend this barber at all. I showed a picture of what I wanted and the barber cut my hair into a traditional man’s cut, not at all like the photo. I was completely horrified by how I looked. I had even requested on multiple occasions on which side I wanted a part, and had to literally stop the barber from putting the part on my head on the wrong side. It was a terrible experience and when I stopped him, he did not apologize or try to understand what had gone wrong. I went straight to a different barber a family member uses who showed me there were areas of my hair that were patchy and the shape up I hadn’t even wanted was crooked and far back. I felt like crying but luckily this barber was able to do some magic and made me look at least presentable. Unfortunately, at this point I’d lost years of hair growth. Oh, and Primetime has not issued me a refund despite my request due to the horrible service. Do not go here.

Q is the best barber I ever came across. He really does take his time with you making sure the job is well done and impeccable. I am very satisfied with his craft and now I can officially say I have a barber 💈. Mind you, I’m traveling from Fairfax, VA to see him so that should tell you he’s the John Wick of clippers.

Hands down the best spot for top notch haircuts. All the barbers are amazing but I go to Sam. The consistency, attention to detail, and professionalism are unmatched. Highly recommend to anyone who values quality and experience.

Just had a cut at this barbershop and I couldn’t be more impressed. The attention to detail was top-tier, and the cut came out exactly how I envisioned—clean, sharp, and precise. The atmosphere was welcoming and the service was professional and warm, making the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality cut and great vibes. I’ll definitely be back.

Worst haircut experience I have ever had. 1st I told the barber I wanted a low fade, with a 5 combed back, in Spanish. He nodded his head, agreed to it, and then proceeded to give me a skin fade with my hair combed forward. His skill with a straight edge was horrendous he knicked me in several places. He gave me a skin faded bowl cut with the worst fading I have ever had. The line up was also gawd awful. This barbershop uses an aesthetic of a new York shop but if the barber I had is the standard, I can see why they would have never amounted to much in NYC. They would have been ran out by competition. The barber was nice, and talkative but his skills in cutting hair and inability to listen to what I actually wanted rendered him completely subpar. I will never come back here. The abysmal haircut was $40 which only added insult to injury.

Ed's been my barber for years! Great dude, great barber, and builds a positive rapport with clients. Great customer service with the barber atmosphere and vibe. If you're looking for a one off cut, this is your guy; if you're looking for a long term consistent cut and care, this is your guy! For those that know barbershop etiquette, this is your guy!

I haven't gone wrong by switching to this shop. I've had 4 different barbers working on my son's hair and they have all been good. J has worked on him the most and he's been dope. The owner has helped with the designs and has a love for the little ones. As a mom I hate going to barber shops...but I have a pet peeve when it comes to grooming. I defintely recommend this shop. You won't feel out of place.
