Best place ever. Always friendly and even when they are packed it’s not a long wait. They are so patient with the kids also! Highly recommend!

I’m a career active duty military officer. Everytime I am back to visit family I’ve always wanted to get a haircut here. In each instance I didn’t have the time to wait in line. Finally, today, I was able to quickly get in. I asked my barber if they took card and another barber “whitey” said no but that I can get cash after. Well as my hair cut ended I realized I did not have my bank card either. My barber was so sweet and tried to figure a way using Zelle. Well the im assuming owner came over and I could not tell if he was scolding my barber or me—but proceeded to give a lecture of how they have been in business for 20 plus years and insinuate that I should know they take cash but “generously” let me to pay digitally. Sorry I did not know as I’m not from the area. The scowl on his face was vitriolic. I’m not one to see race—but the level of hatred in his tone when I was making payment the only way I could—seemed to be the only reason he was that incensed. To the owner. You will not have to see me again. I was expecting a great experience for the first time and that was disappointing.

Walked and knew this was my kind of shop. Busy Friday, but with so many barbers I was sat immediately. Colin did a great job and I have new regular barber. Cash only just like the shop I grew up with.

Great haircut and experience. Everyone is very friendly and it’s a true neighborhood vibe. Became my go-to place immediately. Cash only though, so be prepared for that.

Although I’ve been here only once recently, I am pleased with the price of my haircut and the quality. There was no wait time on Saturday around noon. No, my haircut was not perfect, because the shape of my head is not perfect. I was told that I used to sleep on one side as a baby and so my head is flatter on that side.

Walk-in appointment, decided to try instead of Sports Clips next door. Great decision, someone called me over as soon as I got in and started on my request. Only inconvenience is they don’t take card, credit or debit, so bring cash or check or use on of the nearby ATMs. Quick, quality, and only $16! Going to come back here for my regular and bring my toddler for his haircut too.

My husband usually goes to Sports Clips. It turned out ok. However he went to the old- tyme barber salon over the weekend and they did such a great job that he is just going to continue going there. They were kind, professional and very affordable. They are the first ones to ever shape his eyebrows correctly. He has mad scientist eyebrows just saying LOL this is a great place.

I always have a great experience but today was the best of them all. The person who was cutting my hair his name was Nicole (sorry man if I said your name wrong but I have trouble remembering people’s names) and he was amazing. He made you feel right at home and the chats didn’t feel weird as hell, definitely recommend Nicole if you want somebody to chat and get a professional hair cut at the same time.
