This no-nonsense haircut shop is a well kept secret. As someone who relocated from DC and being used to “salon experience”, I was a shocked by the price/quality gap I found in Rockville. Rollins Barber offers a broad range of hairstyles so long as you communicate what you want explicitly. Each stylist is experienced and efficient (25min tops per haircut). I am a comb and scissor person and my haircuts grow nicely after a few weeks. If you’re someone with busy a schedule, but don’t want to compromise on your appearance, this place is for you.

Idk if it was a language barrier or what but they did a terrible job for me - completely gave me something else than what I asked for. It was shocking bc they are all Koreans, how did they mess up such a simple hair cut for an asian guy?!

It’s hard nowadays to find barbershops that offers prices like this($23 for a regular haircut). Everyone here is extremely skilled and professional, quick and easy walk-in with exactly what I wanted. Finally found my baber in MD

I've been coming to Rollins Barber for a few years , and they never disappoint. The service is consistently excellent. The price is very affordable for the quality you get. It's currently $23 for a regular haircut. Just a heads-up for newcomers: it's cash only. Parking is available behind the building. This is a classic, no-fuss barbershop that does a great job. Highly recommend!

If you’re an asian man with a short hair style don’t come here they will mess you up. For asian women they should know how to cut asian hair but clearly not because that was quite literally the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten its not even close. Cut my hair exactly the opposite of the way I asked her to. They can’t follow instructions. I don’t know why this place has such positive reviews. Go somewhere else if you can.

Really really wonderful people. My grandpa cannot inside due to immobility and they come outside and give him a proper haircut, despite his attitude and the heat. We are very grateful to them.

Worst haircut! What a very disappointing experience! The lady (short hair with eyeglasses) who cut my husband’s hair messed up his hairstyle! She just used clippers from back, sides to the top! Had I known that she will only use the clippers I could have just done it myself! She told us don’t worry it will grow back lol. Never coming back here 👎
