I would like to edit my previous review below. Helen cut my hair on Sun., and she told me that another barber works there with her on Sat. and Sun. afternoons, and this woman is licensed to cut women's and girls' hair. I'm glad that her shop is so successful that she hired an additional barber. So if you come in for a haircut on a weekend, now you can bring your wife and daughters along too! Helen has been cutting my hair since summer of last year when she bought the barber shop. I live on Hungerford Drive, practically right across the street, so every time that I go there, I always walk. She is very friendly, does an excellent job, and $21 is a pretty good price. I'm about to turn 69, so I guess that she'll be my barber for the rest of my life! Happy birthday, Helen!

Very professional barbershop with one lady boss doing everything with clear communications, efficiency, and quickness! No frills, no thrills, you get exactly what you pay for, and you will like it! Bonus: it’s right next to Gimmie More Thai takeout and Class 520 Ice Cream, and this trifecta of bliss would auto-magically make your day better: good hair, good lunch, good dessert!

Terrible hair cut service. The lady had no consistency in hair cut 💇‍♂️, jumping all around, doing cuts without asking or communication of what she is doing. Ended up me looking dumb head 🤦🏻

Got haircut here last weekend. It was quick and good. Also, 21$ for a basic mens haircut is a good deal. Will go again + recommend to friends.

An excellent cut. Exactly what I wanted which was short. Of course you can get any length you want. $19 which is an awesome price too! Apparently this is the same woman others have recently said was their favorite from another place (Helen I believe her name is). I don’t know what shop she came from but it’s their loss. She owns this business now. She shouldn’t have any problem getting customers; she has another regular in me now! It’s so difficult to find a good barber at least for me with my wavy hair which I hate. I like it short enough so there are no curls finally someone who listened to and did exactly this. Even a shave with a straight blade in the back!

I read all good and bad reviews but i gave them a try. I walked in. The woman won't talk, so I thought she was mute. I asked her, "do you know Bob cut." She knocked her head. Finally I kept talking. Then she talked. She is a new Vietnamese whom said they can't please everyone. As soon as she opened her mouth, customer walked out. I told her she should greet everyone who walks in. And Ask how do you want your haircut. It is the same as the restaurant asks how you want your food to cook? She cut my hair nicely. I tipped $5 which I shouldn't have after I didn't get a bobcat. My foster mother said the haircut does look nice.

I read the reviews. A $15 haircut in complete silence? Sign me up. I went. I got a $15 haircut in complete silence. I left the shop flush with the thrill of fiscal responsibility, and with my hair shorter than it was when I entered. Five stars. Additionally, it should be noted that the quality of the haircut was superior to that of any other I’ve had in recent memory. The hot towel was nice. I am thoroughly satisfied with this haircut. Many thanks and compliments to the hairdresser.

Great place and great price, staff are very friendly highly recommended this place, i will come back to do my hair cut again once its long enough to cut it, this is going to be the place to go for the haircut, you will love it here, Pro staff, excellent service and and staff are fun to talk to
