Let me cut right to the chase: They do not clean their equipment in between customers. Literally saw one of the barbers finished up with a client, went up with him to pay and then sat me in the chair. Didn't brush the clippers, didn't clean the area, nothing. The women are nice but the cleanliness standards are not there in terms of maintaining their equipment.

I’ve been a customer for years but after today, I won’t be returning. Lauren cut my hair very aggressively, and wanted to rush me out of there. I asked for a basic military medium fade with a light trim on the top and she went against the grain and took off way more than I wanted and gave me an uneven fade. I had to stop her mid cut several times to tell her this isn’t what I asked for and she didn’t seem to care. By the time she finished, I looked like she took a weed whacker to my hair. Then of course I paid 25 dollars for a poor haircut and when she spun the tablet around to ask me for a tip I told her I did not want to tip for a service that I am not satisfied with then muttered something under her breath as I left. I went right over to B Gate Barbershop and showed them the damage that Sports Barbershop did. Apparently I’m not the first person who came over after getting butchered, thankfully the nice lady at B Gate Barbershop was able to undo the damage that Lauren did.

Mary cuts my hair and does it very well. Never had to wait. Very fast, professional, and clean. My go to barber shop in the area

I love the service and the staff. They treat my kids like family. 🥰👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 I love their professionalism and how quick they are giving quality haircuts. 👍💯👏

Uneven fade and rough way to cut and the lady was rushing for no reason there was not even that much people in the place🤦‍♂️

The atmosphere is always great here and the barbers are all courteous. I'd highly recommend going to Mary, she's highly skilled and will be able to have you looking exactly as envisioned, 5-Stars!.°

Do not recommend at all unless you’re looking for a military type haircut or choppy hair.. my oldest son asked for a Mohawk but not skinned on the side. The lady said ok started cutting his hair and halfway through told my husband she couldn't do it and told us to ask for something else. We decided on 3 on the sides and trim the top above his eyebrows. She barely cut any length off and left his hair SUPER choppy especially his bangs. The other lady who worked on my 3 yr old, we asked for a 3 on the sides and to trim the top of his hair.. when I say she enlisted him into the marines and skinned his head without our permission I am not joking😭😭 I almost cried. She started with a guard and when I turned to talk to the other lady about my older son she took it off and skinned him. He has the worst high and tight I’ve ever seen in my life. Thankfully it’s just hair and will grow back but I paid $70 plus tips for them & my husband to get a haircut just to turn around and have to take them to another haircut establishments to get the hair straightened out because it was SO choppy for my husband and older child. My poor toddler was SOL because there was nothing left to cut without going bold..mind you we were their only customer and my kids sat perfectly still, I thought they were going to fall asleep & these ladies still did a number on them….they're also super rude.! do NOT take your children here & adults go at your own risk.

Don't go! They'll butcher your haircut. Lady took 10 minutes max. Got home and saw it was messed up, uneven. Good thing I keep clippers. Had to fix it myself. Lighting isn't good so I couldn't really tell at the place. Unprofessional, a good barber/hairstylist shouldn't take only 10 minutes to do a good job. Take your business somewhere else.

I've been going to the place for about a year now and it's just as good as when I first started. The place is nice, clean, and spacious! Cathy is my go-to person and she is very meticulous in making sure that the cut is how I want it to be. When she isn't in, Kimmy has cut my hair and she was great as well. As always, I say that you should give a person 2, max 3 tries to get your cut just right. She got it right the first time, but really dialed it in on the second and third cut (and each subsequent ones). They also gave me a drink while I waited!

Very impressed. Customer service is great and very nice people. Shampoo with massage chairs available. Coming soon, smoothie bar! Very clean and professional looking. When you ask for skin, they bring out the razor. I haven’t seen that in awhile. Reasonably priced for what you get! Highly recommend checking out, especially if you’re looking for a barber and/or tired of the exchange hair cuts.
