Kimberly did an amazing job with my haircut! She was very friendly, professional, and respectful throughout the entire appointment. She really took her time to make sure everything was just right, and the results were exactly what I wanted. The atmosphere was comfortable, and her positive attitude made the experience even better. Kim is awesome! She cuts my hair exactly how I ask her to. She’s highly attentive and pays attention to detail. My hair is difficult to cut considering I have coarse hair and curls that she has to trim accordingly as well as sides that need to be faded..She always takes her time and stops to ask you if she’s doing it how you prefer throughout the haircut. Highly recommend! Furthermore, Nigel was great as well. My 8 year old son was with me so I decided to get him a haircut as well. Nigel had no issues with no appt. being scheduled and was glad to help. Nigel cut my son’s hair exactly how I asked him to. In addition, Nigel was very attentive in making sure my son was comfortable throughout the haircut. Recommend him as well!

Five stars all the way! We had a fantastic experience at Sick With the Clippers. The vibe in the shop is great, but the service is even better. A huge shoutout to Nigel, who was incredible with my son. He took the time to give us some really helpful suggestions on styles and made sure my son felt completely comfortable throughout the whole cut. It’s great to find a barber who is as skilled with the clippers as they are with people. We’ll definitely be back! Thanks again Nigel!

Found this shop while in town a few years ago. Heard the owner Aaron encouraging and guiding his team on ways to expand their clientele and business. I respected that hustle back then, so promised myself to book with Aaron when I was back in town. Did that today and he did not disappoint! Aaron was very attentive and asked questions about how I get my cut and style my hair back at home. His cut turned out amazing. Very happy with the cut, visit, customer service and the conversation with him and the team. I highly recommend Sick With The Clippers Barbershop & Salon!

Although the shop hasn’t been open that long, I’ve been getting my haircut by Aaron at Sick With The Clippers for a little over 4 years now, and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. The customer service is consistently top-tier; you’re always greeted with a great vibe and genuine professionalism from the moment you walk in. I’m happy that he has ventured out and opened his own shop, as his professionalism and passion for what he does is seen through the shop. I consistently get my hair cut by Aaron and the results speak for themselves—I constantly have friends and coworkers asking where I get my hair done and complimenting the cut. It’s rare to find a barber this consistent who actually listens to what you want while bringing their own expertise to the chair. Kimmy is an amazing person and a true professional. She’s always on time and makes a real effort to build connections with her clients. I started going to her when she was just starting out, and I’ve been with her ever since. She does incredible work on Black/African American hair, especially 3C and 4C hair types, and always makes it look great using enhancements when needed. I’ll definitely continue going to her for my cuts.

Read to the end: Maybe it’s just me, but I believe we’ve all come across bad customer service - almost every industry or business alike- especially after the pandemic. It’s great and dear I say, comforting to find a business that provides a service that you don’t mind, but want to spend your hard earned money and also give gratuity. I got my son a haircut at Sick With The Clippers Barbershop & Salon and after going/calling three or four different places. Google was my go to for locations near me… so I called those that were showing as “Open”. There was one that $15 more than what SWTCBS charged for a child under five years old. Made me feel like I was begging them to take my money for sloppy customer service. The next big one claimed to be a luxury service barbershop that argued with me that they were closed on Mondays- even though Google stated “Open”, but they were also expecting an someone to walk in soon for an appointment. THE AUDACITY… this one is on Mountain Road- if you want to know where… I can share that with you… You know where I will NOT be going! SWTCBS is the best! They check in with the quality of haircut, the length and style. I really appreciate this and would happily pay an extra $5 to $15 more … just to know they welcome my patronage. Plus my son’s haircut was amazing too! Check it out…. This doesn’t count against the service, still a five star review, but… but the layout of the shop is not in the bells and whistles category, just go get your haircut or salon services.😊
