I scheduled a 9am appointment for my son. On the way to the shop, it took us 30 minutes to arrive due to traffic. I arrive at Floyd’s at 9:06am and they tell me I have to reschedule my appointment since I’m late and they have a busy day. I had to take time off work to get this haircut done for my son just to be denied after arriving less than 10 minutes late. I am never going back. Terrible customer service.

My first time going was great! I was a walk in and they were very accommodating. Andryck ended up cutting my hair and he was amazing! Highly recommend him if you’re looking for a fresh cut !

Go see Rachel when you're at Floyd's 99 at the Crown in Gaithersburg. She's a very intuitive stylist and always gives you a cut and style that actually matches the contour of your head and overall facial look.

This is my third time coming in, and this time I chose Wen. She listens and cares about her customers. Highly recommend Wen! I went with a Professional Ivy league hair cut, and she got it to perfect!

Terrible experience. I don’t know when using clippers became a “skin fade”, but $45 dollars for a routine haircut is excessive. No offer of the usual neck shave and shoulder massage. When I saw the price and asked about the services I didn’t get I was told she can’t do the neck shave because she’s not certified. I could have the shoulder massage “if I wanted”. Not certified to do a neck shave, but qualified enough to charge for a skin fade… Couldn’t tell you which stylist because she never bothered to give her name.

Just did a walk in around 915. No one in the shop but two employees. I walked in expecting a haircut at a barber shop. Apparently appointments have more significant priorities over a standing physical customer willing to be cut and ready to go. Terrible business model to put non physical customers who aren't there as high priority. Guess they don't like money. Go somewhere else

The vibes are great! Thuy is my barber and her skills are next to none! Always consistent and she has a welcoming energy to her as well as a very warming attitude! I always receive complements after she cuts my hair!
