Completely slaughtered my beard that took me months to grow. Stay away. I asked for her to clean up the neck hairs but instead she starts by trimming my beard in an awkward shape. Now I have to come to another barber to fix her mistake.

Absolute worst experience for men's haircut, DO NOT RECOMMEND. The lady, probably Julie or something took less than 10 mins to cut my hair and sped through everything she wasn't supposed to. Didn't speak english didn't ask for anything before going haywire with the trimmer. I felt like she was trying to see how fast she can get a haircut done and I fell victim to it. Please don't waste your money and time here.

Good family barber shop. I walked inside sat right away. Maya did a great fade for 16 dollars. You can’t find that cut anywhere in DMV!

Fantastic barber shop! Been coming to this location exclusively for over 32 years. The owner and her staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. Always a quick in and out service. And with a smile!

My mom specified she wanted an updo and showed Julie an inspo pic. Julie still did what she wanted to do and the results were AWFUL. On top of that she asked for a tip knowing my mom was not happy with her hair.

Rude and unprofessional. The stylist lacked expertise in styling and didn’t even bother to brush off the hair after the cut. It was uncomfortable and a hassle to deal with when I got home. Definitely won’t be coming back.

It just sucked, the ladies are working hard, respect!! but I went there to color my hair and a cut, after getting a quick rushed cut and coloring the hair the lady sits me and is cutting other people’s hair not only one but two or even three and then attends me after almost an hour and the color is around my forehead and in the neck even after getting a wash. I shouldn’t have gone there. The haircut is not good at all and now I gotta go to get a haircut again to some other place the same day. They’ve made my day a nice day!! Thank you

I went here to get my nails cleaned and honestly already knew I was going to have a terrible experience when I walked in but stayed anyways because I felt bad. So the lady begins by soaking my hands in a plastic container and then starts cutting my nails and cleaning them. All the dirty nail clippings are going in this cheap container. After, she takes her hand and pours the dirty water on my hands while "massaging" it for 30 seconds lol. Oh my God. I hope I don't have to amputate my hand from a gnarly parasite. So I lived through that and now it's time for putting on the clear coat. More bad news. She used all old nail polish and was applying so many different layers and thick coats that would take hours to dry. The smell of all the chemicals on my nails from all the coats she put on are just disgusting. In the end, she was confused why I didn't tip. I am happy to generously tip for good service, and I often tip when I don't have to. But this experience was just not even acceptable service. The reason I'm even writing this is to help you understand where I'm coming from and warn others not to waste their time. Just go across the street to allure they have great and professional nail service.

They ruined my hair… I had to cut out my hair because they over processed my hair. Jenny who was doing my hair, definitely did not know what she was doing. After bleaching my hair she kept touching and pulling and brushing my hair. My hair at this point was braking a lot, her hand was full of my hair, I told her please dont touch or blow dry my hair many times.. but she didn’t listen and i kept loosing more of my hair. Now I dont know what to do with my hair. I start a new job soon and my head looks like a bird’s nest.
