I feel obligated to make a comment, something I've never done before, about this barbershop because it's one of my favorites of many years, but what happened today with my haircut was awful! I went today, as I usually do, for a cut, but today a woman named Cecilia gave me the worst haircut of my life. She was incredibly unprofessional because she never understood what I wanted and left my hair a disaster. Don't go to her, so you don't end up with the same mess she did to mine. She should take English classes so she can understand future clients who come to the barbershop. I'm going to be the laughingstock of everyone today, and at work too! Remember, don't go to Cecilia again because she might just leave you like she did to me!

The staff are superb. They are always very friendly, cuts are well done and my kids love the free drink they get after their cuts.

I’ve been going to the same barber shop for over 30 years but they’re closed for 2 weeks so I went to Arcade out of recommendation. The service was great and I’m very pleased with my haircut. I’m changing barber shops to Arcade and you should too. 10/10.

Absolutely love this place! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. You can tell they really care about their clients. The attention to detail was on point, and the vibe of the barbershop is just great — clean, relaxed, and comfortable. I left feeling fresh and already looking forward to my next visit. Axel took care of me, and honestly, he’s one of the best barbers I’ve had in years. Highly recommend!

I went to some other barber shop which almost made me cry, because they cut my hair awful. When I again randomly select this barber it comes out to be great and professional and cheap as well. One of the barbers was great at cutting with scissors and she adjusted my awful hair with care and patience. I recommend this barber to everyone and I will go there onwards for my hair style

I’ve been coming here since 2021. I have followed the best hair dresser ever and she is here now. Her name is Zaida but one thing about this place is that no matter who you are, what your status is, race, religion, young , old, etc once you walk through these doors your welcomed and informed when you will be seen. They have drinks (water/soft drinks) for free while you wait. The prices are set right. And when you leave everyone says thank you and good bye or have a nice day. I will continue to keep coming here because of the service by everyone.

I gave this place 5 stars and my barber Isabel 10 STARS! Took my son for a hair cut this week for school! From the moment I walked in she greeted us and was very nice. She took care of us! We will be coming back to her without a doubt! I would definitely recommend this barber shop! 😊

Best haircut I have had in years. My stylist was an artist with the razor and clippers. Came here on a recommendation and was so happy I did. Super fair prices for high quality haircut. Will be back again. Go here and you will have the best styling you have had in years.
