I ended up here because my regulars in the city were not available and I was so happy I came. Teresa is awesome. She really took the time to explain what she was doing with the haircut and was such a great person to chat with. 10/10 service

Made a reservation with a stylist and reservation was confirmed by the business. No notification was sent to me of cancelation. When I arrived to my appointment they didn’t have the stylist I requested and when I asked for any other stylist or to wait they did not have any room for me. They claimed they sent me a message but they had my number as I got several notifications prior not to miss my appointment. Bottom line they wasted my time, then lied to me about it, and did nothing to remedy the situation. Didn’t even ask to reschedule. Will not give them my business again.

Great place with warm welcome. Teresa gave my son a great hair cut. She was patient with me when I showed her the cut I wanted for my son, asked me questions to clarify and I was much at ease as I saw her work take shape. I will go back again and again to this place.

Had an outstanding experience here. Showed up early to my appointment and Teresa took me right back. Asked for a burst fade and she did it flawlessly. Most pleasant woman to have a conversation with. Couldn’t have felt more comfortable. I’ve definitely found my new favorite place to get a haircut. Teresa is an absolute legend!! Thank you so much!!!

Teresa gave me the best haircut I’ve had in a very long time. The haircut is exactly what I asked for, she was communicative and did a wonderful job. Will be coming back to this location for a haircut from Teresa every time from now on. 10/10 for everything.

I’m a woman with a pixie cut that has an undercut… well, it had an undercut. I came here a few weeks ago and Julie fixed my undercut and did a good job. So I came back to get it touched up. I wanted it a little different this time but still an undercut with just the top a decent bit shorter. I left with a men’s cut. My pixie cut is ruined. I believe their name was Dale, they just shaved the sides and back of my head and left my hair sticking up on top. I understand not everyone can do a pixie cut, I would have appreciated honesty and would have been happy to either wait for someone else, or even went somewhere else if no one could do it. But now I’m stuck in a hat for the next few months while this monstrosity grows out. The photos I’m attaching are what I had before, what I asked for, and how I left. Yes, that’s how they styled it and let me walk out. I didn’t realize how bad it was until I got to my car. I was overwhelmed and just decided to reach out to corporate so try my frustrations and they did refund me, but my hair still looks like this so I’m still leaving this review. A bad haircut is so devastating but he even more so when you have a pixie cut because you can’t put it up or hide it without a hat.
