I took my son here yesterday because for the longest time, he refused to get a haircut (last one he left crying) but he saw a tiktoc video of Barber Tyler and finally decided to let him cut his hair. He was so excited because he asked to film him (to a 11 yo boy, this is a dream) he hasn’t had the best confidence growing up, though I remind him everyday just how handsome he is lol well thanks for barber Tyler, he left there with a smile on his face and confidence I haven’t seen in him for the longest time (his older sister even told him how good it looks) he even told me Tyler showed him how to style it (he has a hard time getting it how he wants it because it is so thick and straight, he has even tried to convince me to get him a perm lol because he hates it) so thank you for giving him his confidence he deserves and truly making his whole week!!

Walked in without an appointment and had a great experience. The staff was welcoming, the shop was clean, and the barber really took their time to make sure everything was perfect. One of the best walk-in haircuts I’ve had. Definitely coming back!

Haha! I get to be the 100th review! And I’m glad to be, I heard of the shop through one of the owner, Tyler’s TikTok videos. My hair was at the point of needing a cut so I figured to give it a shot. I had only ever had my hair cut by my sister who is a hair stylist for ladies so she doesn’t have much experience with men’s cuts. I showed up and the shop has a great vibe, the lighting is super nice and all the furniture including the chairs are super awesome. I booked an appointment with Amaya because her online portfolio had a picture of a cut very similar to the style I was hoping for, I came in and only had to wait a few moments for her to finish up her customer from right before me. I sat down and showed her a picture of the style I wanted and she caught on super quick to what I was hoping for! We had absolutely great conversation throughout the entire cut. She was as super quick and gentle while working, and the final product came out amazing, honestly well better than I could’ve expected or hoped for. I had a great time and am beyond thrilled with the results.

This barber shop is incredible. I’ve been on the hunt for a good barber to go to and was not disappointed at all with the experience. Spoke with the owner upon arrival. Super cool dude. Then got cut up by Janae Amaya. She was killer and funny. I highly recommend this spot!

I came in looking like I was in the wilderness for the winter and left ready for the runway. Using the app was easy to make the appointment. Tyler was extremely professional. One of my pet peeves is telling a barber what you want and it’s as if they cut your hair how they wanted. This was not the case. Tyler asked what I wanted, and before starting went over everything, and if had any questions during, confirmed before it was too late. My hairline was left in tact and my beard was nicely AND evenly trimmed. Aside from the haircut, the overall experience was great. Had laughs and great conversation. Well worth it. When I got home, the cut was family approved too! Thanks Tyler and TJM Barber Co.!!!

If you’re looking for a barbershop that actually pays attention to detail, this is the place. My barber Tyler is a true professional—he takes his time, listens to what I want, and the results are always sharp. The shop itself has a great atmosphere: clean, modern, and welcoming. Easily the best haircut experience I’ve had in years!

Tyler and his crew of barbers are AMAZING. He’s been cutting my boys hair since 4 years old (11) and I am now scheduling with him. The shop is fly, great vibes and conversation and my youngest likes to sweep the floor after getting his haircut🤩. If you want your cut done right…… book at this shop immediately

TMJ Barber Co. delivers clean, precise haircuts in a relaxed environment. I can always rely on Malik for a great cut! The shop has a cozy atmosphere, good music and has a welcoming vibe. It's definitely a solid spot in Crofton for an excellent haircut.

Excited that this shop has opened and it doesn't disappoint. The decor is stunning and clean. Most importantly Tyler and his staff are professional, courteous, and GREAT barbers. Not all barber shops are comfortable for women to frequent, but Tyler has created a space where I can come out fly (lol!) and respected. It's a win win!! I highly recommend TJM!
