I really wanted to like this place, but the vibe is completely off. The biggest issue starts the moment you walk in; there is absolutely no greeting or acknowledgment from the staff. I stood by the door for several minutes while the barbers looked right at me and then looked away without saying a word.It feels like you’re an inconvenience to them rather than a paying customer. The barbers act incredibly dismissive, barely offering a "hello" even when you finally get into the chair. It’s a shame because a haircut should be a relaxing experience, but here it just feels cold and unprofessional.If you value basic customer service and a welcoming environment, there are much better shops in the area. I'd recommend checking out some of the higher-rated spots nearby where the staff actually seems happy to have your business. This place definitely isn't it.

Booked an appointment online, they declined it once I arrived. Waited 10 minutes and no one said nothing to me until I got up and left and they tried to have me return. Absolutely not. 0 stars if I could leave it.

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit. The haircut was not what I asked for and didn’t come out well at all. On top of that, I was charged more than expected with no clear explanation. I tried to raise my concerns, but didn’t feel heard. I won’t be returning.

Dave the barber hooked me up. What a pro! I've paid the same amount to a local barber and been in and out in less than 15 minutes. For a very competitive rate, I got... - my hair cut --- I've never had a barber use so many clipper attachments and be so meticulous - My beard shaped and trimmed --- so tight and sharp I called him an artist when he turned the chair so I could admire his work - a steam treatment AND a hot towel that included a face massage Outstanding, just... Outstanding! I will be back.

I took my son there today for an emergency walk in appointment and the barbers were awesome. Arturo did his hair, beard, mustache. He took his time and really did a great job! The shop was quiet, chill, and friendly. It seems very family oriented and me being a woman, I felt safe there and didn’t feel out of place. I sat and watched all of the barbers go about servicing all types of customers and they all did great jobs. I’d recommend this place to any of my patients, family, and friends. He will definitely go back.

I use Ricardo on the end always. He's been cutting my hair for 3 years now best haircut I've ever had since I moved to Maryland from North Carolina. Clean always has appointments for me to choose from, price is good for the service you get. Hot towel, vibrating face device to open the pores on my face so the shave is close. Always does exactly what I ask for. I recommend them to everyone with all hair types.
