Francisco did an awesome job. He listened to my concerns about my hair and gave me the cut that fit me perfectly. The shop has a friendly vibe, and everyone was nice and professional. I will be back.

I've been getting my hair cut by Sam at Capital Barbershop for the last 15 years—and more recently by Adam as well—and I can't say enough good things about both of them. They're not only exceptional barbers, but also kind-hearted professionals who have cultivated a welcoming and authentic barbershop culture. As a dad of five (four boys), each of my sons got their very first haircut with Sam. That alone speaks volumes about the trust I have in him. He's simply the best, and I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. If you're looking for a top-notch cut and a great experience every time, this is the place.

The before, during + after photos speak for themselves! We've taken my 5-year old to see Sam for years now! Mr. Sam is so patient and fun - we always leave looking extra fly! Thank you for the best haircuts (and beard trims for my husband) in Annapolis!

BEST BARBERSHOP IN THE GREATER ANNAPOLIS AREA - CAN NOT GO WRONG WITH SAM OR ADAM (I currently have Adam cut my hair) I’ve been going to get my haircut by Sam since before he opened his own barbershop and so when he did I was happy to drive 25 minutes each direction from Severna Park area. He’s genuinely a nice guy who gives a great, consistent haircut and wants to make sure every customer is satisfied and has a great experience. So it was no surprise that shortly after opening his new store I was frequently encountering a wait for Sam’s chair. Since my brother and I would go together frequently I decided to give Adam a try while my brother was getting a cut from Sam one day because we were in bit of a rush. Sam made a great choice by hiring Adam because you can tell he also really takes pride in his work and takes his time to make sure he gives you the best haircut possible. He wants you to love the haircut not just move bodies through the chair. After a few haircuts and having a bit of back and forth “consultation” with Adam about the best options for my particular hair type, I can confidently say I have been consistently getting some of the best hair cuts of my life. This is partially from Adam’s technical skill and his guidance of finding a style that really looked good and was conducive to my hair type. Ever since switching to the appointment system the entire experience has gotten a lot better for me personally because now when I drive over there I’m not surprised by what used to frequently be over an 1:30+ wait for either chair. That alone should speak to the quality of the barbershop. My dad and brother have both moved away and whenever they visit they make a point to pop in to get a haircut because they agree these guys know what they’re doing. I will continue coming here to get my haircut for as long as I live in this area. Thank you to you both Sam and Adam for providing a great service to the Annapolis area.

Sam has been cutting my hair for several years now. He is the best Barber I have ever had. He listens to you and makes sure as he cuts that you are satisfied. His shop is a nice place to relax, amongst kind decent staff. I recommend Sam and Capital Barbershop to any man looking for a stress free haircut experience.

Been here 4 or 5 times now and it's always a reasonably short wait with great service and haircut. Both gentlemen are great barbers and nice guys. Fair prices too. Good stuff
