Horrible experience, girl with koi fish tattoos one time back did a horrible fade. Rushed me, uncomfortable blaccent. could not do a proper fade. I’m a grown man, I’m not spending money on some young girl that wants to gossip about her friends and rush.

I’ve been to Floyd’s before over the years and had mixed reviews, mostly jjst so so cuts, but the best in the area nontheless. I had Cam ✂️ cutting my hair and it was a great experience. I showed him pictures and described what I wanted and he took my words and turned them into a great haircut. I asked for your card and with Cam ✂️‘s name on it so I can go back and see him again Next time I need a cut. he’s chill and we had genuine conversation and was enjoyable to be around which is usually not the case when you’re getting your haircut.-Michael

10/10 for Emily! I get braids and a fade and she just knocks it out the park every time. She’s a true professional, always understands and gives me the look I want, and I genuinely enjoy sitting in her chair. Thanks again Em! Also, very welcoming shop, friendly staff and dope decor.

The products are good. The service is great. The people are amazing. Amber B is the only person that cut my hair anymore. She always has a wonderful job. She is friendly professional and does a great job at it. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a haircut. You should also give her a massive pay raise.

Alexis was great and got me in quickly as I needed a cut asap, she made cut it how I like and asked to make sure it was what I want. Definitely recommend and will be going there more for my next cuts

Amber is the best person and probably a literal hair wizard. If you don’t get your hair cut by her; that’s minor league stuff. Every time I leave the store I get comments such as “is that Brad Pitt?” “Are you Matt Damon?” “Can I have your autograph!?” - that’s probably the only downside of getting my haircut here. I just look too good after. Well actually, the whole team is fantastic, friendly and an overall vibe really. I’ve been coming to this location since 2019 and don’t plan on stopping.

My son just had a great experience at Floyd’s! Chris was so patient and skilled at doing his hair, and was so kind. It’s the best haircut he’s gotten in four years of trying to find a good place - we will be back!

First, T gave me an excellent haircut. I was so happy with it! That’s first. BUT, she nicked me with either the razor or scissors and I didn’t feel the pain and she either didn’t see it OR didn’t tell me. Now, my hair is short and my ears can easily be seen. I ASSUMED they store their tools in some kind of alcohol solution but now I’m not sure. I woke up in the middle of the night with my ear very red and throbbing. The tip had a small slice across it that was infected. I ended up in urgent care on an IV of antibiotics and am still on antibiotics!!! This wasn’t cheap AND it’s dangerous. The doctor was pretty concerned. The whole experiment (so far) cost me. I feel terrible because I loved the haircut but would you go back? And if you did, wouldn’t both of you be too nervous? Anyway, if you go, check their hygiene. Check your kids ears for scratches!!!

Loved the atmosphere. It had a punk like aesthetic and friendly customer service. Needed an emergency shape up for pride weekend and Rachel did a great job and was friendly. I was in the chair and out super fast within 5 mins and nothing felt rushed. clean good quality shape up. I will be returning.

Bella S. was absolutely awesome! My son was in dire need of a clean-up haircut. We walked in and she was more than happy to take him on the spot with no appointment. She totally understood what he wanted, and was upbeat, super engaged and friendly, putting him at ease and relieving his nervousness. His haircut came out perfect, not sure we did the best idea of explaining what he wanted, but she read both of our minds. We will absolutely be making appointments with Bella for future cuts!
